"Staff were lovely, especially Carolina who greeted us in the restaurant each day and the ladies on the guest experience desk. First room wasn’t great as it overlooked the road but the second that we upgraded to was amazing. The pool areas were incredible but the loud music that had a habit of repeating wasn’t great. Location was too close to the “party” beach for our liking but the staff helped us find other amazing beaches"

"We booked this hotel for my best friend’s bachelorette party, and our stay truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we received exceptional service. A special thank you to Maria at VIP check-in, who welcomed us so warmly and immediately made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. She took the time to explain the hotel, its facilities, and all the amenities to us, and her friendliness and genuine hospitality really stood out. We truly appreciated her exceptional service. The hotel also arranged a lovely welcome surprise for my best friend for the bachelorette, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the occasion even more special!! It genuinely exceeded my expectations and made the occasion feel even more special. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the room and amenities were excellent. The breakfast was absolutely incredible — I have honestly never seen such an extensive breakfast buffet! There were so many options, and the quality of the food was excellent. We also loved the comfortable sunbeds right by the beach. Overall, we truly appreciated every aspect of our stay. The combination of the beautiful hotel, excellent facilities, wonderful food, and especially the warm and attentive service made this a unique and memorable experience for us. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, especially for a special occasion. They really helped make our celebration unforgettable!"

"Everything was amazing the only flaw was the bed. A bit uncomfortable. Also, I forgot the housekeepers name but she is the sweetest person. I was on the 5th floor. Be kind to her. She was the highlight of my stay."

"Staff were very helpful and friendly, check in was easy and luggage room very well equipped with lockers also, air conditioning leaked quite a bit and could do with extra pillows and towels as only two very small towels given, shower was broken and also leaked hence the extra towels would be handy. Restaurant very good, pool area quite small so need to get there early even out of season. Overall nice location and good stay just a few minor things could make it excellent."

"We felt like we got lucky with this hotel. We did take a junior suite which was extremely spacious and more than suited our needs for the holiday. It’s fabulous how you can turn one way and walk into a choice of pools and yet turn another and you can swim right into the sea. We were there outside of school term holidays so I can’t talk for what the hotel is like when children are there but we found it extremely peaceful and well appointed – one observation however is that there are no USB charging points which wasn’t a problem as we had plugs with us, but it’s something he would expect from a four star hotel. Location was absolutely fabulous with wonderful bars and restaurants within easy walking distance plus the bus stop outside leads straight into Palma within 35 minutes."

"If you’re looking for a hotel in the centre of Palma this one will be hard to beat. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean and the location makes all the main attractions, whether sightseeing, shopping or eating out, all with a short walk. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the rooftop bar/pool are a memorable feature."

"Buffet was very amazing , had all the things to make your dietary needs met and open til 11 very helpful! Spa was a MUST !!!! Especially after a long day of activity. Very clean property , lots of shops, restaurants, beach and pools all walking distance , we will definitely be back!"
