Relax in your PRIVATE pool with salt water and natural chlorine (NOT-CHEMICALS !). Antibacterial treatment with electrolysis. Gentle on your face, maintains the tan, does not irritate the eyes and does not inflame the ear canal OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS.
The pool was built in compliance with European safety standards, with a 30-square-meter safety zone and also a safety corridor runs along all sides (50 cm wide) to facilitate safe entry in the event of difficulty. Access to the pool is very easy, with large 3-meter diameter Roman steps and wide steps down to the pool, making it comfortable and safe even for those with limited mobility.
VILLASEASICILY, named also Villa 'Sea and Archaeology" is an international private exclusive villa-resort where large groups or single families/friends may spend their holidays preserving their own privacy or share happy unforgettable moments by the saltwater pool large inches 472 x 236 = mq. 72, having a barbecue or dinner based on fresh vegetables just taken from our garden, local red or white wine locally produced NERO D'AVOLA, NERO ETNA, MERLOT, SAUVIGNON. SIRAH, GRILLO, CHARDONNAY, WHITE ALCAMO, typical natural ingredients coming from the surrounding area. It's located in " CONTRADA VELEZ, FALCONRY WOOD (in Italian BOSCO FALCONERIA).
It's eco friendly, cool inside also when outside is hot: roofs and walls very thermally insulated, there is AIR CONDITIONING but you may renounce to it saving your health. High pine trees makes the air very oxygenated and fresh. Pool salt water without adding chemicals. Situated in Balestrate, Palermo area, near splendid beaches and archaeological sites. It has a PRIVATE large (meters 12 x 6 meters) salt water pool , Is new and ideal for individual families and large groups. A total garden of 3500 sqm. Two high chair and 2 baby cots (for free) are also available.
Comfortable buses 55 MINUTES NO STOP and trains with daily runs to and from PALERMO, PALERMO AIRPORT AND TRAPANI, connections NO STOP between BALESTRATE-PALERMO - CATANIA AIRPORT and so on.
Consists of 4 cozy apartments, total 400 sqm., 10 bedrooms, 6 fully equipped bathrooms, 2 showers outdoor), spread in 3.500 sq. meters (138.000 sq. inches). Four kitchens fully equipped with everything you need to cook like at home, 3 large ELECTROLUX and BEKO dishwashers, 4 SMEG electric ovens for your safety. Large and bright windows in all rooms equipped with shutters with adjustable ladders.
The 4 independent units are distributed in a flowered and wooded large garden .
Tall and shady pine trees, organic vegetable garden with seasonal organic vegetables: different types of tomatoes, purple and white aubergines, peppers, cucumbers, courgettes, watermelons ..... all grown directly by the owners are an example of the way of Mediterranean and Sicilian traditional family cultivations.
Each unit has separate entrance, privates bathroom, terrace/s and use of own area barbecue under gazebo or patio between high pines, lemons, peaches and apricot trees. Extralarge pool (in 472 X 236 = m2 72) and a very large parking area. For all units are guaranteed the maximum of privacy and tranquility.
In every season you will have totally organic vegetables that you can collect personally.

Greek Temple Valley of Agrigento.
