The pool was built in compliance with European safety standards, LARGE TOTAL 75 square meter: 30 square meters safety zone + 45 s. m. built in total safety protection: a safety corridor deep 47 inches and 20 inches wide runs along all sides to facilitate safe entry in the event of difficulty. Access to the pool is very easy, with large 3-meter diameter Roman steps and wide steps down to the pool, making it comfortable and safe even for those with limited mobility.
VILLASEASICILY, named also Villa 'Sea and Archaeology" is an international private exclusive villa-resort where large groups or single families/friends may spend their holidays preserving their own privacy or share happy unforgettable moments by the saltwater pool large inches 472 x 236 = mq. 72, having a barbecue or dinner based on fresh vegetables just taken from our garden, local red or white wine locally produced NERO D'AVOLA, NERO ETNA, MERLOT, SAUVIGNON. SIRAH, GRILLO, CHARDONNAY, WHITE ALCAMO, typical natural ingredients coming from the surrounding area. It's located in " CONTRADA VELEZ, FALCONRY WOOD (in Italian BOSCO FALCONERIA).
It's eco friendly, cool inside also when outside is hot: roofs and walls very thermally insulated, there is AIR CONDITIONING in all rooms, 10 air conditioners.

It has a PRIVATE large (meters 12 x 6 meters) salt water pool , Is new and ideal for individual families and large groups. A total garden of 3500 sqm. In every season you will have totally organic vegetables that you can collect personally.
