"Comfortable for a 1 night stay"

"We chose Mercure because it offered $10 EV charging. Although the buildings and fittings are not brand new, they were spacious and comfortable"

"One night stay. Staff very helpful and friendly. Shower was fabulous but the plug in the bathroom basin didn’t stay down. Very convenient location."

"We didn’t have a balcony. So no view. Our suite was lovely and maintained every day. The Menzies was close to all activities and lots of restaurants. The only set back was the internal blinds did not function correctly. "

"Room was very tired looking. Amenities in the room was really old and condition of room truly requires a renovation and upgrade. "

"The property itself was great and Ray the Manager was extremely helpful. Unfortunately we stayed on a long weekend with various sporting teams and the noise at night was terrible till 2.am. Not conducive to a good night's sleep. On speaking to Ray about it in the morning he advised us that he had gone and spoken to the noise makers. Sadly it didn't help much we thak him for his efforts"

"Clean rooms. The room I was in the bathroom was nothing special but you have everything you need in the room. I rate it, I’ll be going back. Parking on site is not ideal. It’s shared with the apartments out back, so first in first served otherwise street parking is your only option."

"Beautiful old building. Foyer/reception area feels grand & the heritage is preserved. Room decor is nice but the rooms are a too dated (grandma’s house) for my liking but could look beautiful if designed right. Mattresses are very soft. Rooms clean. Staff were great. Great location."

"Clean, spacious, comfortable amenities in a beautiful boutique style hotel. We both had the best sleep we've had in years and the spa bath was the extra touch of relaxation needed for a night away. Will definitely be back!"
