Convenient location
Staying at Tom's house in Mount Helen for two weeks was a delightful experience. The location proved convenient, with easy access to Ballarat, and the spacious accommodations offered ample room to relax and unwind. The combination of convenience and comfort made for a memorable stay.

Very bad and frustrating experience. We will never book this accommodation ever again. Not organised. When we check in, no electricity. The property owner not even knows where is the main switch to turn the electricity on. There is no hot water supply for shower. Very bad service. No TV reception for free to air channel. From start to finish, we had fabulous experience with Tom, communicating with him was very easy, and he was more then happy to answer any questions we asked. House was spotless, very spacious, huge living/dining room, i can not fault our stay there, highly recommend for everyone who’s looking to get away from city.. 10/10
