Terrible experience and customer service!!
Starting off from after I booked and paid. There was no communication from the owner about how to check in. I messaged them on WhatsApp multiple times on my way there and gave me no response. I called and he messaged me a vague response of how the unit is on the third floor. Asked if the place was unlocked and he said yes. But the unit was locked and there was lockbox had to call him back twice to finally get the lockbox code. There was blood on a towel in the bathroom and they wouldn’t replace the towel for us just told us to use what we had. They advertise there is beach access from the property but you either have to hike through the jungle for 10 minutes or drive to the beach club and when we tried to walk on the owner said we were trespassing because it’s a national park. So there is NO beach access the property management is lying to you about that. The second shower head in the shower doesn’t work, it drips water. A bunch of lights in the unit don’t work either. There is a bat living in the ceiling between the vaults you can see it and hear it flying around at night.
