This amazing property features 3 suites-in-one, accompanied by public areas perfect for entertaining and relaxing!

The spacious two-bedroom main house has a warm and inviting layout. A large kitchen with an oversized island allows you to entertain and chef in style. You won't want to leave the expansive screened in porch that covers the length of the home, immersing you in Ocean, Jungle, and infinity pool views. With the telescope you can see the famous Caño island.

The open floor plan with a central pool will easily accommodate the two additional private suites on the property. Below the pool area is a private walkway to a gorgeous stream!

The second suite is the Cabina Apartment Suite, a Second story bedroom with closet and bathroom.

The third suite is a converted container, outfitted with a kitchen, living room, area bedroom area, and bathroom. True privacy, all in one!

Uvita, Costa Rica is the countries fastest growing area.. and you will see why! Just minutes from the home are fantastic restaurants including a Brewery and Beergarden, a gastropark, and a bakery cafe. A public waterfall is also just minutes away. The location offers stunning sceneries and offers plenty of beaches, waterfalls, and other must visit spots. This is one of the only places in earth with such towering mountains so close to the coast. Just about any activity or excursion available in Costa Rica is offered within half an hour of our location.

Fabulous house with a view!

We loved our stay and would definitely stay all over again.The view is amazing! My favorite part was waking up early and sitting in the screen porch and listening to the jungle wake up.The house was an excellent set up for a group of 4 couples and 1 child. We were all extended family. The pictures are very accurate to the reality.We saw 1 sloth, 1 howler monkey, and 3 spider monkeys from the house. The bed was comfortable and the showers had plenty of hot water. There were a few negatives:The cleanliness was just okay. We felt comfortable, but a lot of the details have been neglected. Some of the pieces weren't in the best of conditions. Lamps by the bed had been broken And glued back together. The couch was badly stained and not vacuumed. They don't have a vacuum, so I wiped the couch down with microfiber cloths. Having said all this we would stay again. The sliding doors all opened and closed very smoothly.

Paradise!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Nublar! It is a gorgeous property, situated just a few kilometers up a steep mountain road from the main coastal town of Uvita. The property feels very remote and secluded, while being just a short drive into town, which was perfect for our family vacation with teenagers. It is very well maintained and had plenty of room for our family of 7, two adults and 7 teenagers. The main house had ample room for all of us to hang together, but everyone also had their own space with the other two smaller guest houses. The main house's giant sliding glass doors can be totally opened up to the outside forest as it is fully screened in, while the bedrooms are airconditioned for comfortable sleeping. Landon and Forest were very attentive to all of our needs. They responded quickly to any concerns and set up multiple activities for us including parasailing and massages at the house. Yolanda and Wendy gave the best massages on the big screened in porch with a view out to the rainforest. I highly recommend their massages! We all enjoyed swimming in the pool and exploring the surrounding rainforest. We saw monkeys and tropical birds from our porch. My kids enjoyed taking the path in the backyard down to the creek and following it down to the Uvita waterfall where they went over the falls like a waterslide! Overall, this property was amazing!

Such a beautiful place!! Really enjoyed the screened in porch for sitting to enjoy the jungle sounds and peek-a-boo ocean view. Lovely pool and outdoor patio seating and bbq cooking area as well. Beautiful place. Very accessible to Uvita and other local sights. Hosts were very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

🌴🌊 A Slice of Paradise in Uvita! 🌊🌴

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this breathtaking home overlooking the ocean in Uvita, Costa Rica, and we couldn't have asked for a more magical experience! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views of the ocean and jungle stretching out before us. The photos simply don't do justice to the natural beauty that surrounds this property. Waking up to the sound ofthe jungle and enjoying our morning coffee on the patio became our cherished daily ritual. The home itself is a true gem, thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation for guests. The interior is tastefully decorated, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and charm. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen,and comfortable furnishings throughout. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the infinity pool, where we spent countless hours soaking up the sun and marveling at the breathtaking ocean vistas. The location of the home is also ideal, offering both seclusion and convenience. While it feels like a secluded oasis tucked away in nature, it's just a short drive from the vibrant town of Uvita, where we discovered charming local restaurants, shops, and attractions. Last but certainly not least, we were blown away by the warmth and hospitality of the property managers Forest and Landon! We will defintely be back!
