Not only was the property breathtaking but the staff and breakfast couldn’t have been better. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, there were plenty options for breakfast, and the room was spacious with a stunning view. Upon check out they provided us with a little jar of jam to take home with us, I couldn’t recommend this stay more!"

Kleine dorpswinkel op 5 minuten rijden en supermarkt op 15 minuten rijden. Vanaf het verblijf waren op korte rijafstand veel activiteiten te ondernemen in de mooie Zwitserse Alpen. Vriendelijke gastvrouw."

"This hotel was very nice. The room was adequate for the two nights that we spent there. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The only negative thing was that the rooms were not air conditioned and it was very hot there. The doors/windows needed to stay open to let in some air and the road that the hotel is on is pretty busy. So if you are a light sleeper, the noise from the road might bother you. The beds also were very firm which we also are not used to. The hotel is in a great location and the staff was very friendly"

"Just fantastic and excellent all around. A beautiful location. We were fortunate with mid October weather being in the high 60s with sun and no wind which allowed us to sit outside on the patio by the lake every afternoon when we returned from touring the region. Easy access to the 1.5 mile promenade by the river made for great morning walks and easy walking to restaurants in the evening while taking in spectacular views of lake Brienz and the surrounding mountains. The train station being so close was a huge bonus for traveling anywhere from Luzern to Lauterbrunnen and beyond. And the accommodations were complete, incredibly clean, quiet and comfortable.
