“I should have listened to the reviews. This wasn’t a luxury stay. It felt like a business model built around finding new ways to charge guests after booking. We were charged a security deposit, told we had to pay extra for parking, and then hit with an additional $100 “house rule violation” because there was one unregistered guest.
