“Very friendly hosts, house is large enough for a Family and utterly clean. All sights at Ireland‘s West Coast are easy to reach because it is close to the motorway. Shops and Restaurants are close by. The Hosts had lots of great tips! We will happily come back!”

You are in the center to all of Ireland. Beautiful views … we had sheep out side our door. The house was spotless and had everything you needed and then some. The grounds were also outstanding. “My wife and I came to vacation in Ireland with our 6 children. This was a lovely home that fit us perfectly. We stayed a week and traveled each day to another location to see the SW of the country. Caroline the property manager was very nice and very responsive. The only constructive feedback I would give is that it would be nice to have screens on the bedroom windows. This may not be applicable for the majority of the year, but it was very warm when we stayed, and with no A/C, we wanted to open……

“The cottage was very comfortable. It had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The location was central to all the places we visited. We enjoyed our daily drives through the countryside and having a relaxing place to stay when we returned each evening. On our final day, we enjoyed touring the local area and found that there was plenty to do in or near Mountshannon. It was nice taking a break from driving. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early……

“I spent all of July and August at Sean’s Lodge at Stonepark and I loved every minute of it. The Lodge was fully equipped with everything I could possibly need to have a comfortable stay and Sean was incredibly kind and helpful. The lodge was quiet and in a beautiful country location but only a 20 minute drive to Portumna and a 30 minute drive to Nenagh. I would definitely love to stay at the Lodge again. 10/10”

“Had cows and horses in area by the house. Short drive into town. Comfortable stay but unfortunately the upstairs shower not working. This was key for us as two couples, I was expecting two working showers. Also no light over mirror in the one bathroom.”

“Lovely spacious and modern property - comfortably sleeps 6-8 with lots of open plan area downstairs for family living. Support was excellent, and communication was simple and easy. Lovely location - with a great pub just along the road for something to eat if you dont fancy cooking. Property was a little cold at times - but otherwise, fabulous, and highly recommended”

“A fantastic stay made all the better by the lovely Dympna, she was just amazing and professional and went above and beyond - to check in on us and the house. Excellent communication from her pre-check in too and she even messaged to warn us about roadworks in Terryglass. A 5 star service. The house was spotless and well equipped, it’s a very reasonable price for this area.”
