"Ashlin at reception was amazing, so helpful, especially in booking our walking tour of Galway and day trip to the Cliffs of Moher and the Aran Islands with Lally Tours. She made our stay in Galway memorable. The room was awesome. Definitely staying at the Galmont the next time we are in Galway."

"Great location! We were able to walk the city so easily! The rooms were small, but we knew that going into the reservation. The beds were comfortable and they had water for us in the fridge which was very thoughtful. We only ate breakfast once down in the restaurant and they had a lot to offer! The bar /coffee shop/restaurant vibe is super cool. The only complaint I have is that the day we arrived, the elevator stoped working, so every time we needed to go back to our room, it was a three floor walk up. Luckily my husband and I are able bodied to do so, but I can imagine older people might have struggled with it. Overall, this is a great hotel near pubs, restaurants, the bus/train station and the square. We would stay again for sure."
