「We got quite surprised with this hotel. First time booking this property and after reading the previous reviews we were in doubt, however our stay was great staff very friendly, rooms very cleaned and comfortable. We ordered room service food and it was great as well. I tried the róbalo endiablado and my wife a chicken salad. They also had a great Chilean wine and prices were very reasonable. We don’t usually write reviews but we feel the previous reviews were unreasonable. We will stay here...

「The best place to stay in San Gil : really friendly and helpful staff, nice bar area with really good cocktails, games and a ping pong. They kept our stuff for us after we checked out so we could do all the things we had planned. I would stay there again if i ever come back!」

「This hotel never disappoints. This is now my 3rd time staying at this hotel. The room is very clean, comfortable and roomy. I love that they have hot water and good water pressure. At night its very quiet and I always sleep right through the night. The staff are excellent. The kitchen staff and breakfast PERFECT. Great location a short walk to the center park. Look forward to satying here again. 」

「Fantastic hotel! Our first night there was one other family in the hotel. The second night we were the only ones! The photos online are very accurate. Staff were very friendly and had lots of recommendations for restaurants for us. The hotel is a one minute walk to the town center. The only slight negative, which the hotel cannot control, were the church bells ringing from the nearby church, EVERY HOUR. Other than that, highly recommend. 」
