Disappointed with the rep respond. I was left one of my tshirt at the wardrobe. I realised after few hours and had call them. The respond was so bad. This is not cooperative and really not recommended.

Newer building part private owned and part resort. Room very spacious and clean. Full kitchen for self contained holiday. Nothing food or restsurant wise in the vicinity so need your own vehicle. 50m walk to the beach

Outskirt beach resort

The location of the resort is a lil far from town. Apartment has kitchen utilities, hence, recommended to just stay at the resort and cook on own and enjoy the beach. It is nearer to Cherating. Nice beach but resort pool is small.

This hotel has potential: it's right on the beach, and relatively near (as long as you have a car) to great natural areas. The rooms are of a good size, the pool is excellent (albeit the pool area is slightly run-down with several broken and loose tiles), the Breeze beach bar is fun and relaxed. HOWEVER: what REALLY lets this place down is the housekeeping. On arrival, we had to call reception to bring us toilet rolls and empty the bin from the previous guests (we had to repeat this every time we needed more toilet rolls). WORSE still was the cleanliness of the rooms - I have no idea whether any cleaning was done prior to our visit, but the place was absolutely filthy. So bad in fact that we could see "clean me" writing from the previous guests in the mirror! Cracked paint, grime around the bath, limescale covered taps falling away from the wall, ... We would have moved on if there had been any other hotels in the vicinity. Avoid - until this hotel takes hygiene and cleanliness seriously.

suitable for family vacation

we asked for extra towels and they charged RM10 per piece. That was a not-so-pleasant surprise! Plus there was a refundable deposit of RM100, which I felt should have been informed at the point of booking.
