「A must if if in the area or to visit on its own! I have never felt more comfortable and more at ease than with the Innkeeper, Joe, whose kind and thoughtful professionalism sets a standard others should follow. A beautiful, peaceful, and kind inn is always worth a visit!

「Nice, quiet, and cozy place to stay. Comfy beds and clean rooms. Ample continental breakfast and good restaurants within walking distance. It’s an old house but is well kept and everything is in decent shape. Guests must carry luggage up one or two flights of stairs. Good value overall.」

「Our stay at the Vandiver was wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal for shopping and dining. All of the staff were friendly - we really enjoyed talking to Michelle in the evening. Breakfast was delicious and there were lots of options from which to choose. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future!」

「The Inn is beautiful and the staff very welcoming. My room was spotless, cozy, and tastefully decorated. The location is directly across the street from the USNA. I skipped breakfast, but the offerings looked lovely. Will definitely stay here again. 」
