The game room, visible upon entering was well decorated and appointed and it gave us a feel as if we were staying at someone's cabin for the week. It was well maintained daily. The walls were a bit thin, but we'd stay here again."

"We stayed here for a wedding. The suites were spacious and comfortable, but more expensive than most hotels. The breakfast was continental style with packaged donuts, muffins, bagels to go. "Very nice stay! The place doesn't look that great from the road, but the room was super comfortable, very clean and spacious. And the staff was very nice. The town of Claremont was a treat: very friendly and community-oriented. We would definitely return to Claremont and the Motor Lodge when we are back in the area."

"My sister and I needed a very last minute place to stay after our VRBO rental was not what we thought. The ladies at the front desk were really nice and very help. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The only issue is the area, it’s a bit of a drive if you want to shop however, one minute up the road is Murdoch’s restaurant and they had delicious food. We ate there twice. Just make sure to make a reservation. All in all it was a nice stay and we definitely suggest staying there."
