Ubicado en un lugar tranquilo queda cerca el tren ligero que te lleva directo al aeropuerto y al centro de Baltimore, la habitación es amplia la cama muy cómoda ducha no tiene problemas con el agua caliente hay partes en remodelación pero no interfiere nada con tu hospedaje su personal es muy atento

This hotel was not at all like the photos. Check in was busy, but the staff did their best to move us all through. Once off the elevator, everything went down hill. The hallways smelled very musty and were in desperate need of attention (peeling paint, obvious drywall damage), the room was very filthy. The bathroom had obvious dried urine on the wall and areas where someone had wiped mucus on the walls. There were poorly done patch jobs throughout the room on the walls, and the door itself didn't completely shut making it completely necessary to use the latch each time. Checking out was non existent. I stood at the front desk for nearly 20 minutes asking passers-by who worked at the hotel if someone could help me, but I don't think they understood me. I tried to call the front desk number and stood there while I could hear people in the back room and the phone ringing but no one came or answered the phone. I left the key cards on the desk and left. Don't pay money to stay here!

When we arrived at around 3:30 to check in. The front desk customer representative was yelling and telling us who are waiting in line to check in that that they don’t have clean rooms and unable to check us in. We have to wait for 30 mins. She said she gave all the available clean rooms. This is the first time I booked a hotel way ahead of time and was told they don’t have available clean rooms and their check in time is at 3pm. How can they give you a confirmation # that you are booked and will tell you on the check in day that the room I booked is not yet available and not clean. When we’re able to get to our room, I chose no smoking but the room given to is smells like someone just smoked a pack of cigarette. The bathroom tub is not clean, and the bathroom door doesn’t close. The sofa and curtains have stains. This hotel is poorly maintained. But it looks great on the picture on line. Staff are not that friendly or accommodating either.
