My only complaint was I was charged for parking in a standard parking lot. It was their lot and they still charged $15 for 3 days. I could understand if it was a big city and parking was a premium but it was not.

If you're looking for a place to rest your head for the night, I recommend this hotel. For extended stay keep in mind not many amenities. Parking is not free, no free breakfast, bottled water in the room costs $7 each, and housekeeping comes in every other day to clean and bring fresh towels. Hotel could use a fresh coat of paint on the outside.

Our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Baltimore Hunt Valley was extremely disappointing. The first room we were assigned had a strong musty, dirty smell. We were moved to a second room, which was better, but the AC compressor was unbelievably loud — it sounded like an airplane taking off. On top of that, every night the parking lot was crowded with pickup trucks, and there were groups of people drinking and partying late into the evening. To make matters worse, on the last day of our stay, there was no hot water. Overall, the experience felt more like staying at a two-star motel than at a Marriott property.
