The building needs updating. The staff are doing the best they can with the resources that they have. Who ever owns the building needs to update the building with the holes in the ceiling in the shower area and holes in the walls. It is an excellent location and parking was easy.

The staff were excellent - very helpful. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. And the location, walking distance to the Baltimore inner harbor, was perfect. But the facilities were poorly maintained. The handle on the fridge was broken, no "do not disturb" door sign available, the TV didn't work and there was no wifi - then when I tried to call the front desk to ask about those problems, it turned out the desk phone didn't work either. So, I used my cellphone to look up the Days Inn helpline but no luck.

I would opt for other hotels nearby unless cost is the only consideration. Sink outside the bathroom, card readers are finicky, parking is expensive and the elevator is broken, the hot water takes a while and whines loudly throughout your shower. The staff was wonderfully helpful and it's very centrally located. Just not a very nice stay otherwise.

Accommodation-wise, everything was great. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was ideal. However, if you are staying here during an event night, make sure to allow plenty of time for check-in, as it can be lengthy when there is only one staff member at the front desk. Also, there is no parking directly on the premises. You have to drive around to the back to park, and there is an additional parking fee.

I booked this hotel well in advance, and when I arrived, I was told they had overbooked and they had rooms that were off-market. I was forced to find other lodging at midnight when I arrived.

Great location, lovely and helpful staff, not a nice hotel at all. It’s budget in every aspect possible. Rooms are dated and awkward. Room cleaning by request only, The staff clearly do their best. They advertise grab-and-go breakfast but then don’t provide it. Book this place as a last resort.
