THERE WAS FAR TOO MUCH DISGUSTING REFER BEING SMOKED IN AND AROUND THE HOTEL. FOR A NON SMOKING FACILITY, THIS WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING AND AFFECTED MY ASTHMA MAKING ME MISERABLE ALL WEEKEND!!!!!

You have to request house keeping other wise, they won’t do it. I had to request basic stuff, (toilet paper and towels) didn’t receive until the next morning. Shower had a crack across the wall. Very cheap but wouldn’t stay here again.

We had a major surprise when we arrived. This place, right next to the 95 is charging 10$ plus service charge for parking when you stay there overnight. 200$ plus room, a very bad mattress (one of the worst we have slept on in a long time), no coffee when we left in the morning, even if breakfast is included. Never again

I only stayed one night. The rooms need major updates and the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The staff was super friendly though.

The Neverending saga.... ugh
My visit was full of interesting obstacles; our phone was broken, the WiFi would randomly disconnect, and worst of all... the closet shelves were cut and raw. (I placed my clothes on the rack and was deeply cut. I tried to make the complaint to the manager but he was unavailable at the time. Lastly, i joined breakfast at 8:37am one day, and they were missing a dew items. We searched for an attendant for a few minutes before i discovered she was cleaning in the back. I knocked on the door, she looked irritated and slowly approached the door. I asked if there were bacon and bottled waters remaining. She "rolled" her eyes and reluctantly produced the items. She then came out with a pan of rather "uncooked" bacon and tongs, asked me "how much do you want?" (Embarrassing and Rude). She later came to me to explain, it was "time" to close so she was in the back. While she didnt have to try and explain, i could tell she regretted her initial response to the customers. I told her it was fine and to enjoy her day ahead

This was a last minute booking. We were please with the ease of checking in, breakfast was nice and hot that is a very plus plus, the person in charge was very attentive. The front desk girl assured me that the rooms were very clean. I felt I could trust her, I usually Lyzol and handwipe all the furniture tops and bathroom. I felt comfortable enough not to have to run out and get Lyzol which I usually have with me but this time I forgot.

Absolutely loved the diversity of the staff. The best hospitality I’ve received in a long time. The manager allowed a later checkout for myself and guests. The shopping center is directly across as well. The Christmas decor was spectacular! I would highly recommend this stay.

The air conditioner and heat were slow to respond, to the point where I don’t think they were operating correctly. When checking, in mid-afternoon, I was told that they couldn’t provide a room with two beds because my reservation was through Orbitz and I originally reserved a King. Few things worse than employees who are empowered to do the right thing when there’s negligible downside.
