Perfect house with enough room for my whole family to stay while in town for a wedding. The game room was a big hit with the kids! Communication was clear with quick responses to any questions.

Great house and great host! Really didn’t spend much time in the house. Enjoying my time at homecoming activities on campus. The time I did spend at the house it was nice and accommodating for us. The house was nice and clean. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!

The house was clean and comfortable. There were games for the kids to play and the layout was great. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. This house was also competitively priced which was great. While there is a not great neighborhood near by, the house felt safe and well tended and was in a family neighborhood.

Poor communication with the host. We weren’t able to get into the home until 3;46 pm the day of check- in. I kept call the host, but nobody would answer the phone. The temperature in the home was too warm and we could not adjust the thermostat because the code was locked. There were no drinking glasses available all the dishes were in the dishwasher. No instructions regarding extra toilet paper. We finally found it in the downstairs bathroom. The house is beautiful but we didn’t feel welcoming.

Our stay was pretty good. The location lacked amenities that I’ve come to appreciate at other listings I’ve stayed at (soap in the shower, coffee, etc) so I would recommend you prepare yourselves for that. Otherwise, a good space with comfy beds and nice common area to stay in.
