The staff I encountered was awesome. The kitchen was necessary for us because of dietary needs but it was sparse. There was only one pan, no pot, not even a kettle. They don’t even give you dishwashing liquid. The floor felt weird, sort of damp and I normally would never walk on the floor in a hotel but my slippers broke so I had to. There were also toys from a previous guest under the nightstand so you know they’re not cleaning under there. The valet staff, front desk and breakfast staff were all great, but it looks like they’re understaffed. The elevator floor was sticky in the morning and I was in the elevator with a staff member who noticed. I came back at 4 pm and it was still sticky, so I don’t think they do anything until a guest says something because they’re understaffed. My lamps weren’t working when we got there but it was fixed right away. The TV never worked, it looked like the cable was frayed in the back and I did tell someone because I didn’t want to be responsible for it. There were notices that valet was not going to be offered anymore beginning May 1st. The breakfast was alright, and it was free so you get what you pay for. Overall, it was ok, definitely not worth the $250 a night I paid plus taxes and fees. If you don’t need a kitchen, you would be better off going somewhere else.
