This went way above my expectations! We were treated with exceptional customer service, we’re so impressed with the breakfast, and loved the beautiful designs throughout the hotel. LOVED our stay here. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and large, the beds were SO comfortable. The hotel itself was funky yet gorgeous, modern yet regal. All within walking distance of the arena at which we were seeing a concert. Parking stinks, but valet was great (maybe overpriced at $55 per night?). would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

Beautiful property and the history of the building was very interesting. The staff were courteous and very helpful. The updates to the building and rooms do not detract from the original design and make this property one I would definitely visit again.

Was a great experience overall, room acoustics were good, quiet for the city, and bedding was excellent, but tv is outdated and the shower design is odd, to turn it on it blasts you with cold water and sprays water everywhere, it needs to be cleaned so the water shoots straight.
