Nice hotel. Very clean, I thought the staff was very nice and friendly, especially the late night clerk and security guard when we arrived. The city of Baltimore will likely never see me again bc it’s like an episode of Walking Dead but the Marriott at Owning Mills can maybe help you forgot where you are for the weekend!

Room service response time could have been a bit more prompt—I had to call three times for a blanket. However, the young lady from guest services personally brought it to me, which was very kind and appreciated. Overall, the establishment was clean, quiet, and inviting. This is the best hotel in this area . I have stayed at most other hotels in this area and this one is by far the best . Clean , luxurious, quiet , great staff , bar and restaurant with good food the service . It’s got it all!

This hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and attentive to my needs when I realized the room refrigerator wasnt working. The room should have a microwave and coffee to brew. Otherwise, no complaints. The staff in the restaurant was excellent. I really enjoyed the fresh bread and my meal. I appreciated the vegetarian options other than salad:)
