Every time I am in the area I stay at this Marriott. It does not disappoint. Rooms are clean and VERY spacious, bed is comfortable, staff is very courteous, helpful, and responsive to anything I needed.

An expensive hotel with a cheap attitude
There was no hot water for the shower, and no caring about that from the staff. The restaurant did not have the ingredients for a dish, so they faked it and when caught admitted their mistake - but still charged me for the incorrect food.

Nice property. Easy commute from airport. Very friendly staff, very safe surroundings, free parking and comfortable for a family with 2 small children. Unfortunately, we stayed during Christmas and the staffing was short. As such we didn’t have housekeeping or prompt service but that’s expected over a holiday. I gave the property an overall 4star bc the usual JW Marriott amenities we’re used to just were not available - complimentary water, coffee, coffee cups etc…

Dissapointing
I really hope this hotel isn't already going downhill. Our room was not ready until 5:30pm which really put a time cruch on our evening plans. Frustrating, but we headed to the bar and planned on grabbing a drink and snack. Continued to be dissapointed as it literally took over 20min for the bartender to acknowledge us and take our order. Was not worthy of the 18% gratuity that is automatically attached considering the kitchen brought out our food and he never checked on us again. Lastly, not the hotel's fault, but we had to evacuate at 4am due to the fire alarm. So for over $200 we were in the room less than 12hrs with no offer to compensate us. Do better Marriot, acknowlege when guests are receiving a sub par experience and work to make it better for the next time. That is how you develop repeat custormers. I really believe we should be contacted and offered a comped stay to make up for this unfortunate visit.

My husband and I stay for our anniversary over the weekend our room was clean but the bathroom door was broken we let staff know and was switched to another room after waiting a bit.once in the new room our lights didn’t all work and the shower drain cover was propped against the shower wall exposing the drain After check out a nice guy advised us a contact the manager for a credit or money off the room and once we did we were told that because we booked through hotels.com there was nothing they could do for the inconvenience. Not even a suggestion of what they could do. For the price they should do better
