If you have no where else to go. The room smelled of mildew because ac was off and blowing humid air into room. Towels are thin. And the AC has mild and bathroom wall was cracked. The place does not match the photos.

We showed up at 3 pm to check in to our 2 hotel rooms. We did not get into the 1st room until 5:30 PM and the 2nd room was not ready until 8 pm. When I requested additional towels the on-site staff told me to take some out of a box that was in the floor of the lobby- the used towels. They told me they did not have any clean towels. Plus, the ice machines worked and the parking lot is very bright at night time.

I never expect too much from a RR Inn, but this one was particularly concerning. The room was not particularly clean. There were 2 cockroaches in the room (cliché, I know, but this is the first time I’ve actually experienced that myself). And, the check-in was not optimal either (staff was nowhere to be found for 15 minutes and then when they did show up, check in took a long time and the staff was all attitude. There is no good time for any of this, but at close to midnight, I had no patience for this.

Check in was easy and pleasant. Room was clean, well-equipped. Exterior could use a little sprucing up. Conveniently located, good restaurants and amenities nearby. The management should really encourage the town to clean up the street leading to the evidence, it is full of trash.
