It's truly isn't a "terrible" place to stay, SHORT TERM. Long term is actually much better. There are just people kind of "living" and you kind of feel like a tourist.

I enjoy that from the moment I make it to the front desk, I am able to take my mind off of my situation just for a moment. That little mental break is needed. Anyways, They’re kindness is out of this world. When it’s time For me to leave, I’m going to miss it here. So I will be back! Awesome customer service this far.

This hotel is just a basic hotel. It has no dishes nothing to cook in. It has stove but offers no utensils. Know nothing you have to bring all your silverware or anything that you wanna cook anything with that was a disappointing part other than that the hotel was OK. I thought extended-stay hotels had dishes and everything like the other hotels that I’ve stayed in, but I found that was not the case

A good place to stay. Suite came with a full size fridge, microwave and stove stop. Just note there are not cooking utensils or plates if you want to make your own meals. It is in a great location about 4 minutes ride to the mall and avenue.

The room was cleaned. It could use a paint job. You have to either bring your own cookware and supplies. A local Walmart nearby. Full size refrigerator, microwave and two stove tops. Plenty of parking. Close to White Marsh mall. The staff were awesome. Derrell was awesome. He helped me adjust my reservation with Expedia making me feel better about the situation. We stayed two nights without any issues.

What I initially liked about this hotel was that the staff was friendly and professional but I later realized that they were being deceptive. I booked a 2 queen room and was given a 1 full size bed room with a sofa. The room was very large and rather sparse, so it fooled your eyes. I slept uncomfortably on the sofa for night. Not nice. Did not stay a second night. No integrity.

Booking wasn’t found upon arrive but manager was helpful to resolve. Far as the Room it was roach infested, dirty sheets, and long hairs was in the shower overall the room was not acceptable! It looks clean once you step in until you began to unpack. Room was supper cold and smells like Raid. I think they were aware of the issues prior. Due to them telling you to check your room prior to payment. I wouldn’t stay there again because the cleaners but the staff was nice

They cancelled my reservation without any notice. Due to overbooking. I showed up and all they had was an apology and advised to go search for something else.
