Estava tentando contatar via email e chat a propriedade, para confirmar que estava tudo certo, mas sem resposta. No dia que cheguei na África do Sul, tentei ligar para a propriedade, mas não fui respondido. Quando estava embarcando para o meu voo para o Kruger, me atenderam, e simplesmente disseram que não poderia me hospedar, já que a propriedade havia sido danificada. Não é……

“Communication between Gem in the Bush and us before arrival was good and clear, providing detailed entry and check-in instructions to enter the estate. Room was clean and in good condition but very basic. Staff were polite and courteous. The reception area, dining room and kitchen are all in one room as you enter so it is not pleasant to be checking in whilst other occupants are dining. The walkway from the parking to the front entry is not lit up at night so a torch is necessary. Maybe some……

“The host was spectacular and the staff kind and helpful. Loved the Safari decor in the great hall. The rooms were really nice, good mini fridge, great tub and separate shower. The breakfast was delicious! Location was great- and secured entry onto the estate. Great place to walk about and see wild warthogs, kudu, steenbok and monkeys. It was a perfect spot to be to drive to all the animal places (endangered species center, Jessica the hippo, the elephant sanctuary/orphanage and the wildlife……
