“There is a washer available for use for 50 baht a load, and a drying rack in the room. We had a small issue with the price and miscommunication. We inputted all of our information on Expedia and paid for the rooms (6 people), exactly as it said we should. This included an extra person charge. After we paid we had to pay again for the 5th person’s bed as this was not covered in the payment for the extra person. We had no choice since we couldn’t get a refund. Then upon arrival were informed that……
