“房間較舊清潔一般。坐golf car 往返各設施很方便，最喜愛它的大泳池和海灘看飛機。職員非常親切友善。酒店外有幾間餐廳，不在酒店吃也沒問題。”

“On the last night of my stay, the water from the tap was all brown and black when I took a shower. I complained to the front desk, but the staff just responded indifferently, saying something about pipe maintenance. Shouldn’t the hotel at least inform guests that dirty water might come out after pipe work? There’s absolutely no service quality at all. Very disappointing. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. In addition, there’s a serious insect problem here, with lots of ants and worms……

“We received a fantastic welcome from the hotel with a champagne and the decoration on the bed that said "welcome back!" after I told the hotel staff we stayed at the same hotel long time ago. We even received an upgrade of the room. Everything was perfect and wonderful - the room, the view, pool side and roof top restaurants. My family had a wonderful stay at this place. The things that need fixing will be the flushing of the toilet and the lock on the door. Will definitely come back again.”

“I have booked this resort reason for the Phuket Marathon, this resort is nearby the starting point of the Marathon event. The resort has a good view of the beach, there are many facilities, such as fitness centre, swimming pool, restaurant and club house. I would appreciated that the resort can provide early check in for us. Then, we can drop down the luggage and visit attractions smoothly. Last but not least, the staff are very helpful and nice! We did not know how to going to the gym room, so……

“The staff were so rude. The manager had a staff member keep asking me when was I going to check out and I checked out at 8 am. It was very unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable.”

“Building looks new renovated, feels good and whole area kept clean. Front desk staff are warm and willing to help. Have a small swimming pool on the roof with restaurant. Compared with the neighborhood, the breakfast is acceptable. Nice hotel if you need to stay one night before departure next morning!”

“This is our third time to Angsana. It is a nice place with nice pool and 1min walk to the beach. Nearby with small shopping area. Within resort area have free shuttle bus and ferry. ”
