“The Villa is designed in a way that all bedrooms can be accessed separately so if three families using they have their own access.
Pros:
Easily reached after leaving the ferry
Nice villa with a good sized pool and good depth.
Good kitchen fully fitted
Patio and also upstairs patio
Village very well managed
Lovely beach and a couple of very nice restaurants
Club house also has a very nice pool
Cons:
Electric not included and charged @ 5baht per unit

“The villa met all our expectations and we had a pleasant stay there. The local contact (Jay) is very friendly and was happy to help on all our questions.
If you want to cook, there is a fully equipped kitchen.
In the neighbourhood there is a camping place, sometimes with some music until late night - but this was not a problem for us at all, so we enjoyed our stay.”

“our stay, 2 couples, 4 days was perfect. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. The place was just as advertised, spacious rooms, well maintained pool and lots of amenities including kitchen, pressing iron, hair dryer etc. Bathrooms were spacious and excellent. The property is located on an absolutely gorgeous area with wonderful beach and mountains all in the same place.”
