“Perfect resort in a stunning location, wonderful staff, and the food is amazing.”

“The environment is great. The room is wonderful. But, the hot water in shower room not working very well.”

“ 接待指引很棒 房間即可看到湄公河 View很棒”

“很客氣，服務很好！還介紹了景點跟美食非常實用！也可以代訂行程跟車票非常方便！”

“Great hotel. Super location by the Mekong. Also next door to an excellent restaurant-Ock Pop Tok. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Shuttle into town was easy. Breakfast could be better - pretty basic , but we were there in the shoulder season , so not many guests (which was wonderful in its own right). All in all we had a fantastic time in Luang Prabang and were sorry to leave. FYI there is a hotel shuttle to the train station- so make sure you ask In advance.”

“とてもいいスタッフさんでした。 親切で、フレンドリー。いい思い出ができました。”

“很棒的環境與服務”

“Excellent friendly, always smiling, staff! Comfortable clean room. Breakfast exceeded expectations. I'd prefer to be closer to the river and/or night market but the walk is ok!”

“部屋は清潔に保たれており、とても快適でした。冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、エアコンも問題なく使用できました。バスタブもあり、お湯も十分に出ました。 朝食については、時間になっても準備ができていない日がありました。”

“Newer property and well designed rooms. Great views across town and of the mountains every morning. The staff are excellent and very helpful. It is a little out of the center of town but can request a shuttle at anytime.”

“The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is convenient. ”

“The place was clean, with good staff and excellent service. Mr. Vongphet, Do, Jo, Thad, Sie, Kham and Jen were so helpful and caring. We will definitely come back again.”

“It’s located in the centre, about 10-minute walk away from the night market, which makes it quiet at night. The swimming pool is a really nice place to chill especially during the hot summer in Luang Prabang. Breakfast buffet with adequate food choices. The freshly grounded coffee was a highlight.”
