“We had a great stay at Family Batcave Homestay. It felt like a more authentic experience. Our host was lovely. He gave us a tour with his wife, or he organized for us to visit a variety of sites in and around Battambang. Plus, the food was great. I highly recommend it. ”

“Very unique country style living at Battambang Resort. Far from the city so not for those who love city life. Very friendly staff, reasonably priced, good food and clean. We loved it.”

“Nice property and would definitely stay here again. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with a number of choices off the menu. They actually provide too much food, which is probably an unusual comment. The only negative comment I have is poor WIFI. Connectivity was an issue during the entire stay. I don't know if it just at this hotel, or a general problem in Battambang, but connecting with my laptop……

“Clean, friendly staff, will be staying there again”

“Stunning property. Very clean rooms. The highlight was the friendly staff and owners.”

“Charming guesthouse with pool. Kind and responsive staff with delicious food and mango smoothies! Lady did our laundry and dried in the sun. Lovely visit.”

“Arrived to zero welcome after a six hour journey from Phnom Penh, tepid bottled water to drink, aircon struggling, no fridge and a power outage within half hour of arrival was enough to convince us to walk back to the main road ( as transport options were also zero). After a lengthy time trying to secure a tuk tuk back to town, bear in mind no drivers are wiling to come out to this address, we eventually made it back to Battambang and booked into a city hotel. Much relief 😅 but had to forfeit……

“A new hotel means everything was new. Shower was good, huge bathtub was a plus. Smell from drainage needs to be taken care of. Breakfast was ok but not great. Staff members were very attentive and went great lengths to help.”

“close to the central market, near many good eateries friendly staff with good English inexpensive with good roof view and pool”

“Awesome owner. Family owned, polite and respectful.”

“I booked 2 double rooms but hotel prepared 2 twin rooms to us. Room size not big but reasonable. 15 mins walk to night market. My colleagues walk-in rate is cheaper then I book online.”

“His is the 3rd time staying there. We enjoy area very much, close by to everything we need. Staffs are very kind and friendly willing to accommodate to our needs.”

“Clean, safe, and very comfortable stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was amazing and everything was well maintained. We felt very welcome and would definitely stay here again.”
