"Friendly and helpful staff. We were in transit for 19hrs in Brunei. Our flight delayed and reached past midnight but the staff still waited and picked us up at airport. We had simple buffet breakfast at hotel. Then had city tour 9.40am - 3pm. Then sent us to airport. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. There was hot and cold water dispenser in the room. Thank you for all the complimentary services, it made our transit and first visit to Brunei an enjoyable and memorable one. "
"Room was well-kept and well-supplied.
Toilet was clean n functional.
Drinking water was ample.
The AC n ventilation were awesome.
Staff was the BEST. The staff is the MAIN REASON why wife and I had a great time. EVERYONE was warm and helpful.
But the VERY BEST among the staff were ISMAIL (the bellman) and ARLYN (the service manager at the breakfast buffet).
Wife and I had been to many countries and had stayed in numerous hotels. Ismail and Arlyn rank among the FRIENDLIEST and MOST HELPFUL people we had encountered.
Ismail drove us to Gadong Night Market and gave us a lot of tips. Each time we see him, he always saw to it that our needs are met. He took care of our luggage with a smile on his face.
Arlyn regularly came to our table during breakfast to check on us and ask us if there is anything we need. Her supporting staff were hardworking and courteous.
There is one thing though that I need the hotel to WATCH OUT for. I noticed one time that there were 2 old men who were coughing in front of the food without covering their mouths.
I know this is NOT the fault of the hotel but I did want to eat anymore the food at which those 2 old men coughed.
Still, we had a GREAT TIME. I shall recommend Radisson to my family n friends. THANK YOU. "
"There is no free airport shuttle service despite still being advertised, it was discontinued last year and now costs a minimum of $15. Additionally during my stay the pool was out of order and there was no hot water in the room. The staff were friendly but overall the hotel is pretty dirty with mould in the bathroom, it needs a good clean and to be taken better care of. "
"My Times Hotel room was clean and I consider it to be an excellent “price performer.”
Most impressive were staff members who helped me and answered a few questions regarding my one-night stay. Most notable was Mr. Somady who arranged, with minimal advance notice, a driver who took me on a multi-hour, fascinating experience inside and outside the city.
Nearby the Times Hotel is a nice running track running track that I discovered and used for some morning exercise. "
"Lovely new-looking room with great amenities, shower was hot with strong water pressure. The hotel is on a quiet side street and I hardly heard any other guests. The staff were very welcoming and a small issue I had with the iron in my room was resolved within minutes. My only tiny ask would be that they provide a room service menu in the room! "
