Great hotel close to mosque and night market. Very nice and friendly staff with typical Brunein breakfast. Many restaurants and shops within minutes of walking. Highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic room, friendly staff and great service Checked out early for airport and they took liberty creating a take out breakfast which was delicious, unexpected and appreciated with an early flight. Location is great as river near, where you can take boat from dock to explore! Room better than expected! Thank you

Perfect place to stay in Bandar Seri Begawan

Great! A comfortable shuttle bus from the airport was waiting for me as arranged, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. I found my room to be of appropriate size,, very clean and in perfect condition. During the night I could enjoy a comfortable bed and absolute silence. For the sightseeing I could reach all my points of interest (mosques, night market, ferry area...) by walking, as planned. Also, there's plenty of restaurants and stores in the neighborhood. Check-out went smoothly and I was taken back to the airport in no time. All staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Thank you!

The room blacked out in the middle of the night but the staff helped me move to another room. Next day, the room don't have any water supply at all. Called for help but no staff attended to the issue. Had to check out without a shower.

朝食とフレンドリーな接客でオススメ

アクセス:dartを使えば空港から15分、10ドル程で着く。ナイトマーケット、ニューモスクも近くアクセスは良い。徒歩圏内だが、近くの大通りが車の往来が激しいことから渡れず、徒歩で行けるかは分からなかった。ホテル周辺には飲食店、スーパーもあり買い物や食事には困らない。 部屋:宿泊したのはキングサイズのベッドがある部屋だった。1人で泊まるには十分広く、快適に過ごせた。空の冷蔵庫、コーヒーメーカー、使い捨てスリッパ、アイロン、ドライヤー、ミネラルウォーター2本(毎日交換)、シャンプー、ボディソープ、石鹸あり。パジャマはなし。難点はシャワーとトイレの水勢が若干弱いこと、枕が高いこと、(自分は気にならなかったが)冷蔵庫の稼働音が少しすることだった。ただ、神経質にならずアジアのホテルに慣れてる人なら特に問題はないかと思う。 接客:ホテルスタッフは丁寧でフレンドリー。聞き取りやすい英語で対応してくれ良かった。 朝食:美味しい。ルンダン、カレー、ミーゴレン、ナシゴレン、ケーキ、フルーツなど現地の伝統料理が並べられた日替わり？のバイキングでとても美味しく満足だった。朝早くから遅い時間まで食べられ、便利でもあった。窓からの眺めも日差しもよく、気持ちのいいモーニングタイムを過ごせた。

スタッフが素晴らしい

スタッフが皆礼儀正しくて親切。ホテルのすぐ近くの船着場からボートを出してツアーに行ってくれる（写真添付）。宿泊客は2割引。ウォーターフロントでボートを探すより安心で安い。ホテルの目の前にあるベーカリーが安くて美味しい。ホテルの朝食も美味しかった。new mosqueには徒歩圏内、街中までもDartで5.5ドル、ナイトマーケットにも近くて観光に便利。

We were overcharged by Hotels.com

The experience ,the hotel ,the food and environment are all good . But we realised that we are charged too much. Found out that per night for Executive Suite is only $150++ per night but we were charged $886 for 3 nights !!
