Staff was great, helped us with changing accommodations, car rentals, et cetera. A little off the beaten path, but safe. Great free tour - every day except Friday. Millennials, Gen X and back packers would be fine. A little tougher for Boomers.

Nice but basic hotel. Great location for walking into town, safe, and clean. Has a free shuttle to touristy locations, as well as airport pick up/drop off. This place is not fancy, but for what it is where it is, it’s very good.

This is a real travellers hotel. They have 2 buildings, the first one where you checkin and long term residents stay there. The sexond building is for tourists. The hotel offers a free airport transfer service so remember to book in advance otherwise it will cost you around 10BND each way via Dart. The breakfast is really poor but that doesnt matter because of the benefit of the transfer and most importantly the hotel offers a free day tour of the highlight. Boy-ok was our guide and he was fantastic. The power in the shower was great and we slept comfortably on the beds. This is not a glamorous hotel but it is an authentic travellers hotel and i would recommend this is you're okay to go without the luxuries. The only thing i would suggest an improvement on is making sure that the room has AC turned on prior to a customer's stay as it gets really hot and it takes a while for the room to cool down.

The Staff and Location are the Best!

Someone from my adventure travel group recommended this property to stay, so truly there were no surprises as I was briefed in advance. The condition of the property was average. But where this place shines is the staff is wonderful and helpful. Also a huge benefit are the free transportation options for the airport and for local sightseeing and the walking distance to the waterfront is fantastic. I also enjoyed having the breakfast being included. I don't need a fancy hotel, just friendly, comfortable and safe. I would definitely stay here again.
