Beautiful colored glass panels throw multicolored patterns on the boards of the spacious back patio, which is fully furnished with outdoor furniture and lighting. The patio's covered and shaded for those bright sunny days, too.
The entire guest home has been remodeled recently, and the interior provides a fresh and airy environment highlighted by plenty of natural light. The roomy and comfortable living and dining areas, full and modern kitchen, and the bed and bathrooms are all accented with sharp wood and stone work. Your kitchen here is equipped with modern appliances, a dining table and bar that seats six, and cooking and serving ware.The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two twins, providing sweet slumber for up to four guests. The full bath has a huge vanity and glass-walled shower/tub combo, and clean and soft bed and bath linens are provided. The entire space is climate-controlled with central AC and heat, the TV's equipped with Roku, and there's plenty of closet space and a washer and dryer, too. There are even board games for the youngsters and young at heart!

The house accommodates up to 4 guests. The base rate covers 2 guests, and each additional guest is $ 30 per person, per day. We use a flexible pricing model, which means smaller groups pay less, making the home more affordable while still allowing larger groups to enjoy the space.
Children under 2 years stay free of charge.
Children are welcome, while pets are not permitted.
Prohibited activities include the discharge of firearms, fireworks, or ATVs on the premises.
Event and holiday weekends may require a minimum three-night stay.
Water levels in the Hill Country river and lake are subject to variation based on rainfall.
For long-term stays (14+ days), periodic cleaning may be required.
