This is a very nicely maintained hotel with excellent staff. The staff was extremely helpful-they even had someone accompany us with the luggage to the ferry port. Good restaurant with lots of different food options. Oh...and the bed was so comfortable! Much appreciated after several nights of very hard beds in other hotel.

Çalışanlar nazik ancak bunun dışında konaklama berbattı.gece 1 e kadar devam eden patronun oğlunun doğum günü partisi nedeniyle uyuyamadık.otelin restoranında doğum günü partisi gece 1 e kadar devam ederken defalarca aramamıza rağmen ses kısılmadı.

Yani söylemek istediğim o kadar çok şey varki aslında tek kelime ile kusursuz bir oteldi. Balıkesir Bandırma’da konaklamak istedik Bandırma ilçesinde en lüks ve en güzel en görkemli otel burasıydı çarşıya yakın denize yakın İDO’ya iki dakika yürüme mesafesinde her anlamıyla kusursuzdu gerçekten, personelleri o kadar güler yüzlü ve o kadar sempatikti ki yani Balıkesir’e gidersem kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim tek otel burasıdır, sındırgı depreminde oteldeydim yani otelin sağlam olduğunu buradan bile anladım çünkü hiç hissetmedim onun dışında temizliğe gelecek olursam kat personellerine çok çok minnettarım dışarı çıkıp gezdiğimde odaya döndüğümde odanın her yeri pırıl pırıldı, havlular değişiyordu yatak örtüleri değişiyordu pencereler açılıp oda havalandırılıyor benim kendi yatağımın üstüne dağınık bir şekilde bırakıp çıktığım kıyafet bile katlanmıştı döndüğümde çok şaşırmıştım daha önce çok otelde kaldım ama bu kadar iyisini ve ilgilisini görmemiştim. özel eşyalarınız için odada kasa var şifrenizi kendiniz belirliyorsunuz bu da güzel bir seçenekti gönlümüz rahat bir şekilde çıkabiliyorduk otel zaten çok güzeldi mekanı tarihi yapısı her şeyi apayrı güzeldi Balıkesir’de konaklama yeri bakanlara net önerdiğim tek yer bu oteldir.

Otelin 3. katında suit odada 4 kişilik ailemle konakladık. Otelin tarihi dokusu mimari yapısı temizliği tertibi her şeyi mükemmeldi. Özellikle 4 kişilik aileler kalacak ise en üst kattaki suit odaya tercih etmelerine tavsiye ederim. Çalışanları son derece güler yüzlü. Bir daha bandırma'ya yolum düşerse mutlaka burada konaklarım.

3 gunluk seyahatimizde ozellikle lokasyon acisinda cok uygun bir otel. Ilk varisimizda direkt guleryuzle karsilandik ve hemen arac icin park yeri acildi, girisimizde oda hemen hazirdi ve aksam yemegi kisitli bir menu de olsa lezzetliydi.Lavabo tikanikligi ve dusakabinin disariya su vermesini sorun bile yapmadik cunku otel calisanlarinin guleryuzu ve memnuniyetimizi saglamaya calismasi bize yetti.Tekrar kalir miyiz?
