"I loved this place! It was located in a very quiet part of greater Tokyo and it was really nice and easy to walk around the neighborhood. I especially liked how close to it was to different restaurants and Oji Station. Please take advantage of the late nights walks you can go on and enjoy each detail because it is what makes this place so special. Will for sure book again if I go back to Japan anytime soon. "If you're looking for a more upscale hotel in Omiya, Palace Hotel Omiya is an excellent choice. Staying here was definitely the right decision. I arrived from Haneda Airport using the Airport Limousine Bus, which took about 70 minutes. It was so convenient because I didn't have to worry about hauling large suitcases through busy train stations. The bus stop is just steps from the hotel entrance. The location is also ideal for travelers. It's only about a 3-minute walk to Omiya Station, and a pedestrian deck directly connects the hotel to the station. This made it incredibly easy to catch the Joetsu Shinkansen the next morning. While there are several hotels in the area, Palace Hotel Omiya stands out if you're looking for a more refined experience. The hotel has an elegant atmosphere, and the staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was another highlight. The selection was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the live cooking station, where chefs prepared made-to-order egg dishes just the way you like them. It was a wonderful way to start the day. If you're seeking comfort, exceptional service, and a touch of luxury in Omiya, I highly recommend Palace Hotel Omiya. It combines outstanding convenience with the polished hospitality that makes a stay feel truly special."

"Room was quite clean but some issues with the mini fridge being off and a bit of a musty smell in the bathroom which needed the exhaust fans to run 24/7 to remove it, but then the noise from doing that. The laundry is located on Floor 14 right near the smoking room, which was unfortunate. The breakfast was decent, but no real variation day to day."

"This hotel was quite excellent especially for my family of four! Everything was nice and clean for us to use, comfortable to sleep on, and great for us to rest as we explored Japan. All the nearby shops and restuarants were just as amazing and the staff were very polite. Honestly one of the best hotels we've stayed in and we thank the Marumi Hotel for what they gave us."

"The hostel is conveniently placed near a laundromat, many restaurants, a 7/11, and the train station. For those planning to use go out the hotspots of Tokyo, Minowa line leads you right to it for easy travel. Staff are extremely helpful and nice. Amenities are well maintained like the bathrooms and their sky lounge. And for those travelling in the summer the rooms AC works wonders"
