Only 250m from the sea, villa with air-conditioning and private, heated pool

This traditional villa is only a stone's throw away from the sea, near both surveilled and wild beaches, has a heated pool, large terraces and secure garden with parking and garage.

The villa is in the sought-after residential area of Portissol / la Cride, sleeps 6/8 people and is fully equipped with everything you need for a great family holiday.

The private swimming pool uses a salt rather than chlorine system, is 8 x 4 m and is heated in season (from Easter to the end of October depending on the weather). It has a fully lockable by electrically operated safety cover for peace of mind.

The landscaped, fully enclosed garden is 1500m ² with garden furniture and BBQ on the south facing terraces. One terrace (out from the living room) is set up with an outdoor sofa and chairs, the terrace off the dining room has a table and chairs for 8 people for family meals and entertaining.

The sea (Creek Ressac) is at the end of the street, the port of Sanary-sur-mer is a walkable distance away (2km walk - 10 min by car) and 1.1 km from the beach Portissol.

The nearest shops - bakeries, butcher/deli, supermarket, newsagent, green grocers, wine merchant and hairdresser are 1.5 km away with larger supermarkets only 10 minutes away by car.

The port of Sanary-sur-mer is typically Provencal with its lively restaurants and cafes, pedestrian streets with specialized shops, markets (daily / weekly / and during summer, evening), flea markets, exhibitions, cinema, theatre, media library, mini -golf.

We found everything about this holiday home absolutely delightful. It’s clear that both the owner and the agent take great pride in ensuring guests have a memorable time. Their friendliness and genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcome.The house is very tastefully decorated and thoughtfully equipped, including a great variety of books, films, and games - there's something for everyone. We especially appreciated several features that made our stay so enjoyable:•The saltwater pool was a real treat - gentle on the skin and perfect for a relaxing swim.•Excellent BBQ facilities on the terrace.•A cosy living room with an open fire, perfect during the cooler autumn mornings and evenings.•The house is ideally situated in a peaceful area, within easy walking distance to swimming spots and nice places to walk with coastal views, perfect for strolling with the dog.•Secure parking on the grounds added peace of mind.The only minor downside was the presence of mosquitoes, which meant we didn’t use the outdoor lounge and dining terrace as much as we would have liked. Thankfully, mosquito plugs kept them at bay inside the house, so it didn’t impact our comfort indoors.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to returning in the future.

Vacances au bord de mer, sans être face à la mer.

Malheureusement vous avez besoin d'une voiture pour vous rendre au centre de Sanary. Ceci vaut également pour faire vos courses. Sinon le site est très bien, proche des plages sur un terrain très valloné.

Séjour très agréable, le quartier est d'un calme reposant, la petite marche de 10 min pour aller a la plage de Portisol offre un dépaysement fou. La piscine a fait le bonheur de notre jeune ado, le jardin est luxuriant et fait presque oublier que nous sommes au milieu d'autres villas. Enfin, Mr Diallo et son épouse ont été aussi bien charmants que discrets et d'un professionnalisme des plus sérieux. Merci a eux pour leur disponibilité aussi bien lors de notre arrivée que de notre départ

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Sanary. La maison est très agréable, climatisée et très bien équipée. Le seul petit bémol est la présence des voisins qui jouxtent la maison et on entend toutes leurs conversations ce qui peut être un peu agaçant !

Wonderful stay in Sanary-sur-Mer

Unser Aufenthalt in Susan's Haus war ganz wunderbar. Alles, was das Herz begehrt, war vorhanden. Für 6 Personen war mit den 3 Schlafzimmern alles super, bei mehr Personen und schlafen im Wohnzimmer geht es behelfsmäßig, aber nicht ideal. Der Pool ist toll, der Garten traumhaft, die Veranda im Schatten der Bäume und Markise sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Ideal auch mit Hund, ein kleiner Park in der Nähe und der Pointe de Cride sind super zum Gassi gehen. Geliebt haben wir den Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter und Wasserspender. Amadou ist sehr freundlich und hat uns super empfangen und sich gut um alles gekümmert, wenn etwas war (was eigentlich kaum vorkam). Susan war auch super nett in der Kommunikation und hat wirklich ein tolles Haus in einer wunderschönen Feriengegend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood close to picturesque Portissol and an easy 35 minute stroll into Sanary. The house has everything you could possibly need- modern kitchen and bathrooms , 3 good sized bedrooms with plenty of storage space, huge garden offering sun or shade and the piece de resistance see - a heated swimming pool. Very easy and prompt communication with owner. Would definitely recommend this property.

Nice time in Sanary

Overall the house was lovely and we had a perfectly nice stay. The amenities were great—the pool, wonderful, the kitchen great everything was and easy to access. A few things to note: there was construction almost everyday which caused quite some noise and while this is obviously not the owner’s fault it was not conducive to a restful stay The garage,is small and it would be difficult to store two cars in the driveway. All in all, we’d highly recommend the home for a family wishing to enjoy Sanary.

Jolie maison dans un environnement calme . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine chauffée ! Agréablement surpris par les petits cadeaux de la propriétaire qui n'a pas oublié la chienne !!! Das Haus ist groß und sehr schön gelegen. Es ist charmant eingerichtet und es fehlt nichts! Zum Strand in Portissol ist es ein Kilometer, also gut zu Fuß machbar. Der Garten mit Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Traumhafte Lage

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Villengegend, fussläufig vom Meer entfernt. An diesem Strand (große Steine, Felsbrocken) waren wir allerdings nicht baden (andere aber durchaus). In der Umgebung gibt es einige schöne Sand-und Kiesstrände, für die dann aber ein Auto erforderlich ist. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was das Urlauberherz begehrt! Vielen Dank für den Wein und die Snacks bei unserer Ankunft!

Lovely well equipped villa

Really lovely and well thought out villa and outdoor area with sufficient shade, comfortable furniture etc.. Pool nicely heated as advertised. Loved the fact that the kitchen was so well equipped with quality utensils making it easy to cook a meal. Rocky beaches and sandy Portissol beach (with good restaurant) within walking distance. Schönes Ferienhaus, ideal gelegen

Das Haus ist gross, gut eingerichtet, alle Zimmer&Schlafzimmer mit AirCon, gut eingerichtete Küche, grosser Pool (8x4m), Sonnenliegen, BBQ, SonnenLounge, Parkplatz und grossem Garten. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und die Woche zu viert dort genossen und uns bestens erholt. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Alles bestens!
