"so I rented a king bed with jetted tub and separate seating area so my son would have his own TV for his games...etc. the internet / wifi just wouldn't stay connected and the TV in the sitting room didn't work!? the tub was broken . I expect to have to clean it myself just to be sanitary for my liking. but they tub didn't work😢. it had chips in the bottom and the jets were orange stained from not being taken care of properly ( even if they could turn on I doubt they worked) the buttons to the tib weren't even in tact. they knew it didn't work! the door needed fixing, had to slam it to shut it. I know that hotels don't wash the comforter so i never use them but always look to see how clean they might be . this one had definitely been dirty from rubbing the side of the bed. or something.. the edges were very dirty. it could have been worse but it could been much nicer with very little work, but for the price ..I guess it is what it is. needs updates for sure kinda had that old hotel smell."

"Doors to building locks were broke so anyone can get in. There were blood spots on the carpet. This was a quick stop to sleep during travel. We should have chosen somewhere else"

"Extremely happy with our stay. Staff was very nice and professional. Even though it's a older property, it was very clean and comfortable. The beds are separated by the bathroom in each room, giving privacy and there is a tv for each bed. Add there is a balcony for each room, and a elevator, pool, and stream behind the property, I'll always stay there whenever I'm in the Smoky Mtns!!! Great rates also!!! "
