There is absolutely no excuse for this lapse of service and you are fully justified in your reaction. Because of your post, I have mobilized the heads of our Engineering and Housekeeping teams to look at the source of the problem. We do conduct quarterly preventive pest control measures and complaints of this nature are rare. Nevertheless, the team will perform its due diligence by scheduling a visit of our pest control supplier to look at your suite within the week.
