沖涼熱水很快冇，水壓細，早餐種類選擇少，9:00後已經唔會fill食物，因為地點方便所以先選擇這酒店，但下次不會再住了

The room is good, but the showing water temperature is not stable. The horrible thing is the manners of the reception when checking out, she was like being upset? I’m not sure, maybe it’s because I was checking out at 5 pm which is very early?

房間飄出尿息味~ 熱水永遠不夠用

我在幾個月前分二次訂了二間相同的房型, 入住當天也提早在上午10:00到達飯店, 希望能將二間房相鄰, 結果給我們的二間房不但不相鄰, 還是不同樓層, 這真的是我從來沒碰到過的狀況, 我在3個多月前預訂第二間房相同房型, 入住當天也提早到達, 希望至少在同一個樓層, 得到的答案是"沒辦法" 有趣的是11月入住以及這次1月入住, 竟剛好是同一間房605室, 每次一進到房間, 一股尿臭味飄出浴室的熱水總是在洗完頭慢慢變冷洗臉枱的水龍頭開大些就會塞住積在水槽中最後一天, 衛生紙沒再補, 我們只好拿面紙用前次11月入住後評價就提到洗衣機應該要有烘乾, 因為室內曬衣實在不太好, 但還是沒改善早餐的工作人員態度都很好, 只是點了咖啡他們總是會"忘記"送上看到評價有中文人員, 但我入住二次都沒碰到過 11月我給的評價就不高, 會再入住是因為元月這次的訂房是在11月入住前, 本來以為網上評價應該至少有些真實, 對於房務, 很失望

退房前一晚，收到飯店通知，希望我早點退房以利管家清潔房間，方便下一個客人入住，真讓我傻眼！這麼不尊重客人的飯店，再好都不用再光顧了...更何況各方面都不如何。

Warmest service , friendly staff

The lobby staff always the best! And it’s great that finally arranged 2 bed room per special requested. Maybe the time was rush as guests at the same floor were staying late, housekeeper didn’t dress up room very well, and missing toilet tissue, towel or water refill everyday. And the bath water is not hot enough and limited hot water supply, not enough to take a bath. Others are good!

果然名不虛傳，體驗極佳！

入住時，原本使用的是英文，但飯店人員(泰國人)聽到我和通行友人講話是用中文，立刻很貼心的切換成中文，讓入住過程快速順暢許多。入住後，發現房間比想像中的寬敞，不僅乾淨且味道還滿香的，符合該飯店五顆星的品質。最值得一提的是，第二天的飯店人員(我記得是叫Rem ram，也有可能是Ram Rem。他有寫在一張小卡上，但我忘記了)還貼心的把我散落在房間的物品(肉眼可以看得到擺在桌上或床上的，不包含包包內)收好且擺放整齊，例如手機線收納捲好，眼睛兩副排好。這是我在其他飯店沒有遇過的服務，真的讓人感到非常細心及用心，值得推薦，下次也想再度入住！

非常近市中心，附近有便利商店，super rich等換錢很方便，服務也算很好，整體乾淨舒服，窗外漁有景觀，有景觀要求的客人不建議，冷氣出風口有點嘈，我晚上沒睡好，但可能是個人問題，整體是不錯的！

整體不錯，唯價格不太便宜，近奇隆站，靜中帶旺

一條直路走5mins左右到奇隆站，算是靜中帶旺，訂了行政房不錯。床很舒適，房間乾淨企理，房很中，沙發廚房大冰霜都有，洗澡熱水和水壓穩家，房間熊娃娃是贈送客人可以帶走的，整體員工有禮貌，缺點是泳池偏小，但備有溫水有按摩池算不錯，早餐不過不失，有廚師即埸炒雞蛋，中，西式都有一點，早餐廳服務非常好。幾天都感受得到！但整體價不算很吸引，用了hkd 1100左右一晚，如果有點預算客人可建議入住！

lovely apartment hotel near Chit Lom

3rd time using this hotel. friendly staff. room a bit dated, but still quite clean except the air conditioning system. cannot close the living room curtain to black out as the rail/pulley seem mail-functioned. nice breakfast but no surprise as already staying here 3 times.

離車站近，房間大

房間很舒適，冷氣空調很強夠冷，走到BTS Chit Lom站約10分鐘，飯店一出來有3家便利商店，1家換錢站，星巴克以及街邊小吃，泳池很棒，美中不足的是房間的地毯清潔度可以再提升，早餐可以更好
