Cleanliness was Top Notch the staff oh my God you couldn't get a friendly or group nice helpful anything you need they're there for the manager the sweetest lady you ever talk to she cares about her job and it shows we're already planning another trip here to stay here the building's old but everything seems to work that I know of I highly recommend it

It was close enough to Bangkok Central via Grab or MTB. Very safe to walk around the community even in the dark. The staff was accommodating and courteous. I would stay there again and again. Hidden Gem !!!

very isolated place

VERY ISOLATED PLACE. you are at least 1 hour drive from every touristic attraction. The breakfast is really bad and not much European taste food. mostly Chinese food. Too size is ok but very bad and old loud a/c which make it impossible to sleep. There are no shops or any metro or any attraction close to this place. Be aware you are very isolated

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Agreable séjour passé au Cinnamon Résidence. L'hôtel est à un peu plus de 30min de taxi des points d'intérêt. (Kaosan road, Chao Praia river, Wat Pho, Wat Arun...) Le petit dejeuner est complet et la restauration plutôt bonne et à un bon prix. La piscine est jolie mais confinée dans un petit espace plus souvent à l'ombre. Le personnel est poli, serivable et très gentil. La propreté des chambres/couloir est à revoir légèrement.

Otelin kondüsyonu fotolardaki gibi değil. Çok eski yataklar ve mobilyalar. Direk üzerine vuran bir klima. Klima yüzünden Uyumak mümkün değil. Sabah saat 5.30 uyandırma istedim. Saat 6.00 ya taksi istedim. Uyandırma yapmadılar. saat 5.50 de aşağı indiğimde taksi bile çağırmamışlardı. Otele güvensem kalmıştım ortada.

Located interior, difficult to access main road, but the hotel provide drop and pick up to the nearest main road in a tuk tuk. Swmimming pool is a name sake tank. The 'beer garden' is a not so hygienic roadside restaurant run out of the hotel garage.

ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สะดวกสบาย มีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน การเดินทางสะดวก เข้าออกได้ 2 ทาง ลูกค้าส่วนใหญ่เป็นนักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีน ก็จะวุ่นวายเล็กน้อยในช่วงที่กรุ๊ปทัวร์ชาวจีนกำลังจะเข้าพักและออกเดินทางจากโรงแรม อาหารเช้ามีไม่มาก ห้องทานอาหารเช้ามีการแบ่งโซนชัดเจนสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีนและลูกค้าคนไทย โซนของลูกค้าคนไทยเป็นโซนด้านนอก ไม่มีแอร์ แต่จะได้กลิ่นควันท่อไอเสียรถทัวร์ที่สตาร์ททิ้งไว้เพื่อจอดรอนักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีน จึงทำให้บรรยากาศในการรับประทานอาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยดี อยากให้ปรับปรุงในจุดนี้

Nice cozy place tucked away near Chatuchak market

Nice little cozy place tucked away in the interior residential part of Bangkok near Chatuchak market. The staff is lovely and always helpful. The restaurant Cher And is lovely (both in the lobby and on 2nd floor) and the rooms are comfortable without any unnecessary frills. Cheers to the staff and keep up the good work! P.S.: a note of advise for Breakfast buffet. You may want to add some options for vegetarians in the offering. Vegan/Vegetarian is the growing trend in the world.

The service was great. Staff were extremely friendly. The only problem that I had was that the WiFi could use some help. Oh and there was no such thing as soundproof so you can basically hear everything that your neighbors make and they are loud.

Czysto, schludnie, uporządkowanie. Szybka winda, ciche pokoje, czysty basen, jedynie klimatyzacja do wymiany. Bardzo pomocna obsługa (dobry angielski), smaczne różnorodne śniadania, blisko do centrum, ciężko się poruszać uberem, ale czasem się udaje zaoszczędzić.

Very friendly staff!

We were in Bangkok for two nights and definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. They were great helping us get a taxi and helped direct us where we needed to go. I would use them again.

1 Night In Bangkok

Our Stay in the hotel was pleasant enough, will not stay there again, they have a decent restaurant on site, the food was good and a good value. Reason why we would not stay there or recommend this hotel is because we were ripped off by the hotel staff, we had asked for an Airport pick up and was told that they could have a taxi pick us up for a fee of $ 1177.00 BAHT which we agreed to, ( not knowing any better), we found out the next day that a pick up from the airport to the Cinnamon Residence should be $ 500.00 BAHT, both my husband and I were a little taken back , that the hotel would charge us what they did. Our advice to anyone staying at this hotel is arrange your own taxi transportation, they are all metered, don't trust the staff at the hotel.

Nooit meer.

Hotel volledig op Chinezen gericht. Veel lawaai en geschreeuw. De ontbijtruimte was donker, vies en had iets weg van een vreetschuur. De hotelmanager moet op zijn site vermelden "95% zijn Chinese toeristen. Daarmee blijft de resterende 5% ook weg.

bad location

A location is bad to go to hotel by train. There is no convenience stores. Speaking to hotel services,it was difficult to connect wifi in a room. There was many chinese ppl and so noisy,rude. So I wont recomed..

交通の便について

空港への無料シャトルバスがあるので、バンコク最終日のみ利用した。時間は、平日10:00 13:00 16:00 (休日もあるが忘れた)。ホテルのフロントに聞けば紙をもらえた。出発の1時間までにバスの予約をしなければならなかった。時間通り出発し、道も空いていたため、1時間もかからずに空港に到着した。 ただ、ホテル自体は駅近だが、公共交通のバスがわかりにくいので注意。クーラーの音がうるさく、調節しづらい。スタッフの対応はよい。デポジットは一万円でも対応してくれたおかげで、バーツを使い切れた。近くにセブンイレブンもあるのでよかった。

Great hotel

This is a very nice little hotel. Room was clean, internet was fast, bed was comfortable. I would for sure recommend this hotel. The staff were all very nice as well. Good buffet for breakfast. About 45 minutes from Don Muang airport. Excellent hotel.

Good value hotel.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the TV had a good film channel. The microwave was useful. It was a cheap taxi ride to the Ladprao Shopping Plaza and the hotel staff called the taxi for us as well as providing a free shuttle to the Son Muaeng Airport. The shower head needed cleaning and we could only use the internet on one device at a time which was inconvenient. The pool is very nice with towels provided. The breakfast was good - a buffet as well as the choice of scrambled eggs or an omelette. The staff were professional and friendly. They spoke English which was very much appreciated.
