Good service, near T21, near Nana and Asok BTS, reasonable price. Unluckily, the flush of our toilet needs improvement. It was not smooth/clogged up. We have informed the front desk. They have repaired it but the result was not acceptable. I believed that it is an individual incident. I will consider this hotel when I come to Bangkok next time.

很差的經驗
共入住了4晚 酒店位置在內街比較入 係soi13一直走入去 如果由BTS nana出會比較近 但沿途都在修路 拖著行李入去有點不便 我訂的係貴一點的浴缸房 第一晚沒特別事發生 只是感覺房間舊一點 到第二晚就有事 差不多半夜1點冷氣下面位置就一直滴水 我放在坐椅上的衣服都弄濕 在半睡半醒的狀態下叫前枱找人來維修 我本以為已經處理好 點知到第三晚4點多又再滴水 我要求更換房間但只給我換普通沒浴缸的房間 我去曼谷4，5次每次住不同的酒店 但這次的經驗是最差的 早餐還可以 但這酒店不會再有下次 提一提我原本的房間是512 即是會滴水的房間

交通算方便！員工有禮貌！樂於幫助客人！早餐方面每一日既選擇唔多，不過每日都會轉下款式都仲可以接受！至於room service 方面就真係有等於無！夜晚肚餓又唔想出去！就真係無晒計！唯有去附近既便利店買個杯面頂住先!沖涼方面又係一個問題，係等好耐先有熱水！不過沖涼房都算乾淨！總括黎講比起附近同一集團既酒店！佢有好地方都不及別人啦！希望下次我再去時有改善啦！

Cp值超高，2鐵行10-15分鐘左右，位於nana位同traminal 21中間，熱水冷氣足夠
位置方面:洒店於nana 站附近行5-10分鍾，位置比較入不是位於大街，而且一路行去酒店都有不少酒吧，按摩店，spa店，7-11,family mart，咖啡店間中看到路邊小食，靜中帶旺，而且行去terminal 21都係10-15分鐘,一路有行邊小食，萬寧，McDonald's而且2㮔鐵路都有，很方便 不過入夜後大街就似紅燈區，好多不同國籍女仔穿著性感，企響條街等，但是如果下雨，酒店前的一段路會水浸，浸至膝頭，岀入不便必須叫車，呢個係一個嚴重既缺點 酒店設施:24小時有人係酒店幫你，亦有保安，上樓要拍房咭，我住二樓晚上都不嘈吵，很安靜，酒店亦較少中國人入住，多為外籍人，而一樓一也較小可能是位置問題，但是我覺得這樣比較安全，而且我入住時於網上加多一天，房咭也要至前台加簽一日才可用 保安方面可以，而room service且沒有24小時，所以要換毛巾就要早一點同酒店講啦，而如果吾想有人入你房清潔則可以同前台講不用清潔 床鋪方面很舒服，而且沒有氣味，潔淨度ok，冷氣很足夠，我長期用16度，好快就會凍 熱水方面夠熱而且很快熱，水壓可以，但去水位沖至一半才運作，所以水會浸到小小地下，不過地下係磚頭同木板做，不是地(煎)，較乾淨，但係浴室地下有些磚仔已脫落，房間地板也有一點凹凸不平，但還可以，房間不大也不小放2個手提行李就啱啱好，但要注意酒店沒有提供牙刷，要問才提供，而酒店的大堂有2陪電腦可免費用，房間有wifi，地庫有早餐6am-10am，但款式不多，味道可以，不過冷氣比較小較其他樓層熱 總結:很滿意，酒店大約300hkd一晚，三星級左右cp值高會再入住，而且酒店服務生態度有善有禮，酒店很新大約5至7年左右，簡潔時尚，一個女仔入住高吾好太夜回酒店，二個女仔就還可以，而且酒店服務生英文水平ok容易溝通，下雨時亦可問酒店借遮外岀，亦可以叫服務生幫你叫車，而酒店外都長期有一的士等客人，十分方便而且貼心心

酒店的地理位置不錯,從13巷的巷子口走進去,約略只要5~10分鐘而已,而13巷往左走約5分鐘,就可以到空鐵Asok站,及地鐵蘇坤蔚站,還有Terminal 21 百貨公司,往右走則可到Nana PLAZA gogo bar 夜生活區,真的是蠻方便的,在TB2000左右的這個等級,酒店的設施莊黃服務算是不錯,有機會再來曼谷玩樂,應該還會是個酒店的好選擇......

Worst part of my vacation in Bangkok
Let me just highlight a few and let you be the judge: 1)Requesting additional deposit upon arrival and try to send us to a different location because they were overbooked. 2)Inside the room is not clean including bath. 3)Number of items were either damaged, not working, or missing but never bother to fix it. 4)Electrical system is mess, main powere turns on & off by itself several times during the night. 5)Hotel claim they have shuttle service but it's out of service for 3 days. 6)Bath's hot water takes almost 10min to become hot, you can call it warm water at best. 7)Last but not least, they tried accusing me on a can of beer in their minibar, even threaten to call police if I choose not to pay. The list goes on and on, just don't bother consider this hotel in Bangkok, there are many others to choose on Hotel.com.

The staff was super nice and always willing to help. My room was cleaned up almost everyday and restocked with fresh towels and toiletries. Just overall a great place to stay if youre around Bangkok.
