整潔度: 非常好, 每天清潔房間非常整潔。 員工服務 : 很友善及每位員工都有笑容, 特別禮賓部服務很好。 住宿狀況 : 住了4天, 早餐美味及會轉換式。但最後一晚自來水出水是啡色的污水。 住宿一帶範圍 : 附近有便利店, 但離BTS 有一段距離, 走路需時10-15。幸好酒店有接駁車到鄰近兩個BTS站及CENTRAL WOROLD。

訂了4人房. 卻只給2人的衛浴用品及床上用品. 還要打電話請他們補. 房間太小了, 衛浴更小. 馬桶還故障. 完全不達Marriot 標準. 從酒店坐計程車都沒有跳錶的. 亂喊價. 這樣的價格可以在曼谷住到更好的品質.

I had stayed here in Nov with friends for my BKK trip and I bring my family to stay in this hotel again in Dec. The location is perfect, walkable to the major shopping malls. The breakfast buffet is just perfect to start the day! Moreover, the pool isn't big but enough for family fun! The staffs are helpful and friendly. Wonderful hotel that we will definitely come back again!

選擇在當地入住酒店才付款, 當日入住用信用咭付房價和按金, 當時付款, 不需要在信用咭收據上簽名, 酒店也沒有列印任何收據,。十分鐘後, 收到銀行信用咭的短訊, 才發現酒店同時收了兩次房錢和按金, 當時立即回到 Front Desk 同佢對數, Front Desk 的員工, 只輕輕地答我地, 是銀行過了兩次數。 其實應該是個員工做了兩次過咭, 兩次信用咭的 approved , 完全不負責任, 如果我收不到信用咭的短訊, 離開後, 找數才發現, 真是一件非常麻煩的事。 Expedia 請跟進, 我已在你地的網站訂了多次機票和酒店, 從沒有如此差的體驗。

Thanks for your honest feedback and I have personally investigated the matter this morning. It is indeed a technical flaw in the EDC machine while charging your card at the first time. The charge showed error in the EDC machine and no charge slip got printed out. The receptionist assuming that the first charge did not go through, tried another EDC machine and finally it went through. Eventually it appeared that the bank acknowledged the first charge as well while it showed error in the EDC. This is really unfortunate and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I also understand that our front desk associate could provide you with the cancellation letter of the bank for the erroneous charge. Please be rest assured that we have canceled the erroneous duplicate charge and the money will be returned back to your card at the soonest. Hope this isolated case has not marred your overall experience at the hotel. We would appreciate the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with an experience that reflects better what you can expect when staying with us.ted

酒店服務很好, 房間很大,乾淨, 性價比高. 雖然酒店有tuktuk到附近商場, 再行5 分鐘到BTS, 或行8-10 分鐘可到其他商場,如 Big C, The Market及Central world. 但如由Central world 步行回酒店還是很遠. 建議回酒店還是用交通工具代步比較好. 除酒店地點較不方便外, 酒店服務質素,餐廳等各方面都很好.
