Hotel is very hard to find. All taxi's had hard time finding hotel. I was over charged buy taxi because he was lost and kept circling area to find hotel. The other taxis had same problem.
Very clean and close to airport. The staff was very responsive to my multiple inquiries prior to arrival. They were exceptionally courteous and eager to help me.
Perfect hotel to stay at if you are flying out of DMK. About a 10 - 15 minute walk or they have a shutle for 40Baht.
Wifi was great, Hot Shower, clean rooms, close to 7-11 and pizza....
There is a huge market close by, we did not do any shopping there as the whole Corona virus and meat stuff...
Close to the airport, safe and affordable. Don't expect room service but do expect clean sheets and a comfortable room with not frills at a good price. Desk staff was very pleasant but I'm still confused about shuttle service.
I booked thinking it was free but then I BELIEVE I was charged 40B when I checked in but then was told to pay the driver 40B which I did. So Did I just pay 80B for a "FREE" ride to the airport? Well, that is about $2.75 so I'm not upset about it considering I turned my rental car in before I checked in and the cab to the hotel cost me 100B and I gave the driver a 50B tip.
Anyway the Donmueang Place was convenient and comfortable for the one night I was there.
The AC had a stale air freshener smell when it first came on and initially the room was very hot but after 20 minutes I was comfortable. A short two block walk to the main street yielded local food and another block to the pizza shop. This is a great staging hotel for early morning flights out of Don Mueang International Airport. Also a convenient simple breakfast was available.
Far from town, not in the best area. Close to shanties and bad smelling canal

Don Muang transit accommodation
Firstly it was hard to find and the taxi driver got lost a couple of times, maybe because he only got a short fare. The welcome was short and only a transaction.
The security guard/porter was helpful. I took the place because of its high rating but I was quite disappointed. The room was tiny and not as bright as the pictures online. All very standard and basic. Aircon and fan were noisy. Most annoying was to find all the light switches for each individual light, including mirror and backlights at 1.00 am in the morning. Maybe because it is a transit hotel but I have stayed in nicer properties in the city for less. Overall ok but nothing to wow.
Very convenient location, only a 15 minute walk to the airport. There are some eateries nearby, also a 7/11 convenient store. The room is a very good size and the beds are comfortable (firm to my liking). The staff is very friendly and the entire facility is very clean. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.
Renovated building, terrific staff and only a 11 walk from the Don Mueang International Airport. My room (single bed) was very specious and had everything I need. Perfect for my long layover in Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again.
It’s a new and clean 3 star level hotel, about a 10 min walk from DMK. Not an easy walk with lots of suitcases tho. Boring area near the hotel, although you could grab a cab downtown for around 250 Bht.
It’s very close to the airport. If you are considering walking there (takes about 18m), make sure to do it during day light. It’s not sketchy, but definitely not in a great neighborhood. Crossing the roads is a challenge as the drivers/riders didn’t seem to care about pedestrians.
Front desk was very friendly and overall the hotel was ok for the price point.
The pro is that it is close to the airport, so it is convenient to continue the journey. The con is the location is a bit hidden and without GPS, it would be hard to track. There is no official breakfast, just some cookie, toast, coffee, and tea.
This place was very quiet, close to the airport and clean. The front desk managers were very courteous and made the check in process very simple. I also enjoyed the complementary coffee and tea on the first floor. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has an early morning flight and doesn't want to deal with the traffic to DMK in the morning.

Thanks for staying at our hotel. We are very happy to have you as our guest.
The staff were more than gracious and kind in looking for ways to help us to being new to Bangkok. We had lots of questions and they went out of their way to not only answer us but also to find others who could help us. In all my years of traveling, I never had a more gracious staff. On the morning that we were leaving the hotel manager went to the local market and purchased Thai food for us, including a coconut that we enjoyed as a part of our breakfast. He did this at his expense. A great experience.
They supplied free beers when we arrive. The staffs were very friendly. The place was quiet. The room were clean and tidy. Very close to the airport, but my taxi driver took some time to figure out the location of the hotel. The taxi fair is about 80B, plus 50B surcharge.
