Is located on a bar street so if anyone doesn’t like a bustling street in front of the hotel might not like it. However the family rooms located on the other side of the hotel so it’s not affected by the bar (music till late) at all. There are many dining options and near BTS

地理位置方便,鄰近NANA BTS站,樓下應該是酒吧街,有便利店,藥妝店和找換店,非常方便,但晚上較嘈,可能不太適合喜靜的朋友。 早餐麻麻,種類不多,有蒸籠提供中式點心包點,但食物並不熱,而且餐廳員工工作態度麻麻,其他住客食完早餐後離開,員工並不會收拾桌椅,直到早餐時間結束才一次過收拾。

房間大,乾淨,除些之外,再找不到有甚麼優點,價錢太貴,連樽裝水都要俾銭買,每支水價錢貴過7-11(7倍) 還有那些員工,每天出外,也不會和你打招呼,一係四處張望,當睇你唔到,如有2人,就只顧著傾計,也不會和你打招呼,完全沒有賓至如歸的感覺,所以今次住到這間酒店,我也相當失望,帶給我今次旅程的污點。我覺得一點也不值得收這樣貴的價錢,收費太貴。如果俾這個價錢,在泰國有很多選擇。

We stayed 2 different nights in there, everything is ok. Staff are nice, but need to wait a while when you came at peak hour (check in time). Room is spacious and new. You have to bring your toothbrush, comb... or ask them for one. There's one things need to improve: we leave our luggages in the lobby after check in, we asked them to send our luggages to our room. When we came back at night, we found that out luggages still in the lobby not even in storage room, the staff asked us for the "luggages tag" to get it back which they've not give us. Finally, we saw the "luggage tag" is leaving on our luggages. Glad that no one took it. We just felt insecure and a bit disappointed.

Very good location. Just a few minute walk to BTS. It was convenient. Friendly and efficient staff. Overall the room is tidy and clean.It's a pity that the bed sheet and pillow cases of my room got unpleasant smell, but it was changed immediately upon request.(very efficient) The toiletries are nice. There maybe noise from your neighbours depending how they are going to close the doors. It would be annoying when people come back late. (the door bangs loudly if you close it without holding it) Breakfast was good. Got what you need for breakfast. (Nice coffee and tea, fresh fruit , variety choices of eggs, toast, waffle and many more).

Nice hotel though the room is kinda humid. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby, close to BTS.

soi11真的是一條非常熱鬧的地區,附近餐廳酒吧林立,夜店也很多家,簡單的說,在這你不會孤單不會無聊! 酒店是國際連鎖有一定水準,房間空間感很夠,room service的價格較其他酒店高了一些!

The hotel is very good as a four stars hotel. The staffs were so friendly and they even asked our room preference without our request.

The room is spacious and clean. Very good location with bars and restaurants nearby. You can grab the late snack very easily. Breakfast is OK, service is good.

房間好大, 都乾淨同埋服務員都好nice ! 只不過早餐真係太少款式又沒有轉款式! 住足一星期既早餐真係好悶! 對比其他問牌酒店, mercure 比起Novotel and holiday inn , 真係飲食方便差太遠! 食物款式簡直係少幾倍! 酒店附近沒有太多周邊食物可以食, 只有一間少少便利店!
