酒店非常近BTS站，非常方便，Hotel.com職員搞錯嘢，沒有早餐，酒店提供優恵價錢補回早餐，為免影響旅遊心情，唯有接受。 今次入住期間門鎖咭位壞咗和洗手間沖涼玻璃漏水，洗手間全室，需要維修，浪費時間。 其實到現在都不知道Grand Premier twin room 和Premier twin room 的分別？今次book Grand Premier twin room, 我的房間裏面沒有黃色那張凳（和酒店提供相片不同），面積也較之前住的房間較細咗。

Booked the room type “Grand Executive Room with Bathub”, it should be high grade room selection in hotel. We booked this room type would like to enjoy bathing and enjoy night environment as according to photo attached in Expedia. Quite disappointed the room view closed to Ibis Hotel, we closed all curtain for bathing every night and the distance of bathtub between seating toilet very close. I really didn’t understand the hotel staff arrangements this room for us to stay in there four days.
