we only stayed one night in this hotel, not much can comment about, overall, it's not a huge brand hotel but rooms are quite comfortable, BTW thanks for the upgrade we enjoyed it, there's no comb to provide so you need to bring your own, I liked that they provided nice pajamas instead of a white long towel pajamas. The room needs renovation coz for me the bathroom it's quite dilapidated. what I really don't like is that the environment outside the hotel, there's at least two massage place only for men to go(you know what I'm talking about) and when you turn left and around the corner, there's few restaurants but it's SO DIRTY that I saw at least five RATS when I was passing that street, not only the RATS, but also cockroaches, I saw at least hundreds of cockroaches near the drainage beside the restaurant, I am so regret of seeing this, I still can't forget that moment, so if you want to stay in this hotel, remember to ask the front desk about the shortcut to walk to, I appreciate it a lot. I really don't suggest to go to that path(with 7-11 around the corner), that's all my feeling about this hotel overall, thank you

每年都會到曼谷旅行至少兩次,今次是我和女兒兩人入住這間酒店,但第一次遇到不開心的經驗。 首先滿意的地方是check in 過程十分愉快及滿意,前枱服務人員熱情有禮,welcome drink 及爆谷很特別。這間酒店亦很漂亮,所以亦是打卡酒店,專程去影相。 到了房間覺得很滿意,但雪櫃冰箱內還有上一位顧客留下的飲品未清理。覺得問題不大,未有投訢。 第二天早上要到JJ market 㹶㹶,預計自己會大量購物,所以帶著一個20吋嘅行李箱外出,但到了夜晚回來,遇着一位十分冇禮貌的服務員,一見到我回來就問我有冇check-in?你間房住幾多人?點解帶住個行李箱?我明白你要問這些問題係怕有額外嘅顧客入住房間,但可以用禮貌啲嘅態度及帶着笑容詢問,而唔係質問,個感覺好似審犯咁,最後我問佢叫咩名,佢話Miss Kwang,然後大聲說‘What’s wrong with you? 然後我話Nothing就走了!回到房間 ,氣還未逍,就見到有門口有隻蟑螂行嚟行去。我當下拍下相片便叫服務員上來,隔了10分鐘後有位員工上嚟清理後沒說什麼便離去。一句唔好意思,話以後會注意好都沒有。 到第二朝早上預約了酒店活動服裝體驗,完結後,有職員想幫我地寫酒店意見去令一個旅遊網頁上,我就提出這個投訴,他說會當天或第二天回覆我,但下午我便離開酒店check out,之後一路都沒有回覆。當然佢攞咗我女兒的電話寫嘅意見是對酒店十分滿意 這次的經驗,令我對這間酒店的印象大打折扣。

飯店附近再興建大樓每天早上8點就會被噪音吵醒, 飯店的房客80%都是中國旅客恰巧我們對面的中國房客在打小孩凌晨1點小孩哭喊媽媽崩潰大叫根本沒有品質可言。 還有, 飯店的照片絕對比現場漂亮很多! 房間也小

酒店很漂亮,房間夠大,用日本馬桶,還有浴缸呢!只是床有點軟,睡起來腰骨有點痛。地點很近thonglor bts,很方便,附近有出名的芒果糯米飯同海鮮薄餅。走遠15-20分鐘,有很多日本餐廳呢!
