1. 飯店和櫃檯人員的服務都不錯, 很溫馨．也有接駁嘟嘟車可以到BTS Bearing Satation. 2. 另外要到BITEC參展看展也很近． 3. 只是若晚上到市區的夜店遊玩，過晚要回飯店時，計程車會是一筆小費用．

Never live again!
Location: Really bad, far away from BTS Bearing station. Hotel only offers ONE small shuttle bus travel between hotel and BTS every hour. If you miss the shuttle, you need to take taxi by yourself. Service: No room service, no food can order to your room. Around hotel also less and far away to the restaurants. Also, the staffs are quite lazy, every order takes really long time! Enviroment: In the first day, i can saw a big mouse swimming in the pool for 10mins, really turn me down to swim.

The staff was very friendly and nice. The accommodated my schedule for an Ultimate Frisbee tournament. Breakfast was normally 7-10 but they prepared breakfast for me and my wife at 6:00 am so I had time to eat and leave by 6:30 am. Only complaint was the beds were harder than standard Asian beds. Over all was a good stay for a short trip in and out over a weekend.

One is enough
Breakfast is already included when placed the booking but when not arranged during stay the hotel. Got trouble on key card system, need to contact reception counter every day. Found molds at rest room ceiling. No housemaid to settle the room, guest have to request the service at reception counter.

Property was okay . The surrounding area is filthy streets with litter all over. There were barking dogs at various times in the night. The staff was cooking the over priced breakfast early in the morning right underneath our room. The hotel is surrounded by lanes so we felt unsafe going out aftet dark.

Very pleasant stay
previous reviews talked about beds being hard but I guess its relative because we like hard beds and though the bed was comfortable. The room was very pleasant and the location was nice even though a little distance from many activities. The hotel provided a tuktuk to take us to public transportation so we were very pleased.

とても親切なスタッフとゆったりとした空間が非常に良かったです。 特にスタッフの方が英語で観光地までの行き方を教えてくれたり、最寄り駅までトゥクトゥクで送ってくれたりと、とても親切にして頂きました。 立地も賑やかな観光地と違ってゆったりとした場所なので、最寄り駅までさほど遠くないので拠点としても最高です。 強いて言えば、ベッドメイキングが無いのかなって思ったくらいですが、気にならない程度なので問題ないです。

Very nice and pleasant staff all round very decent hotel to stay in. Good value and nice staff. The only thing I would say which was a little bit of. Let down but not a massive big deal was the breakfast. Would be nice to have a different variety each day instead of the same repeative breakfast each day.

Great cheap option if you need to go to Bitec
Hotel is ten min drive to Bitec. However, there’s no entertainment around hotel. Far from farm.

My experience did not start well. On expedia they claimed that they offered complimentary shuttle to the airport. When I called the hotel to get the shuttle they told me there was a misunderstanding and the shuttle from the airport would cost 1500 tbh. I then mentioned that I would be speaking with expedia as this constitute false advertising and what do you know before I can speak with them, they changed their advertising making it impossible for me to claim the transportation fees. This being said the room is nice and the staff is very helpful. I simply wished I had known I would end up paying double before making the reservation. I would have chosen a place nearer to the airport and not a hotel located 30 minutes away.
