The hotel is amazing! Definitely worth staying. We were at the time when they had renovations thus Gym and some other amenities weren’t at their best use, however other than that it was an excellent time

Wir haben 45 Minuten auf den Check-in gewartet. Man muss jeweils ewig auf den Aufzug warten um ins Zimmer zu gelangen, weil viele externe Besucher auf zu den Bars wollen und dort jeden Abend Schlangen vor den Aufzügen waren. Hotelgäste werden nicht bevorzugt. Frühstück war toll, das Hotel im übrigen eher Mittelklasse.

Room had a great view but a little outdated and some doors not working. Staff are amazing and very helpful. Tower club quiet and peaceful. Must remember to bring connection's for electronic equipment as there is only power in your room. Roof top bar very expensive for a glass of average wine so go and view only if you are a guest.

From the moment we arrived, the staff consistently delivered exceptional hospitality. Everyone was warm, genuinely friendly, incredibly helpful, and attentive to even the smallest details. Their welcoming attitude and willingness to assist made our stay feel effortless and truly enjoyable. We had the pleasure of staying on one of the newly renovated floors, and the experience was beautiful. The refreshed design feels modern, elegant, and thoughtfully considered, with a wonderful ambience that makes the space feel both sophisticated and comfortable. It was especially exciting to experience the newest renovation firsthand, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout. We did miss our regular breakfast area, which has always been one of the highlights of our stays, but we completely understand that it is currently under construction as part of the ongoing improvements. We look forward to seeing the finished result on our next visit. The pool was exceptionally clean and well maintained, making it a lovely place to relax and unwind. Overall, the combination of the beautiful new renovation, consistently attentive service, cleanliness, and genuinely welcoming staff made this another memorable stay. A special thank you to Tanya, Daniel (Butler), and Sandy (Breeze cafe and brunch area) for making us feel so welcomed and well cared for. We truly appreciate the hospitality and look forward to our next visit.

A room with a view of the river is well worth it! The nighttime view from the balcony lived up to the pictures. The staff at Lebua are exceptional. We were impressed from check-in to check-out with how lovely all staff were. Friendly, helpful, and attentive. We splurged on lounge access and I appreciated how, at the end of the night, staff went around to each table to kindly let us know the Lounge would be closing soon and offered to put in one last drink order before closing. We loved our stay! The only flag I would raise for first-time visitors is that booking Grab (Thailand's version of Uber) can be a bit tricky as many drivers seem hesitant to enter the gated entry. This is easily overcome by walking out to meet them instead. Highly recommend and would book again!

Not Worth the Premium Price Our stay at Lebua at State Tower was unfortunately disappointing, especially considering the amount we paid. The breakfast and lunch buffet in the lounge had very limited options and lacked the variety we expected from a luxury hotel at this price point. The dining experience did not feel particularly premium. Another disappointment was the access to the hotel’s rooftop venues, including Sky Bar. Rooftop access was restricted to limited evening hours, with no daytime access. Since we did not use the rooftop venues at night, we found it difficult to see the value in paying such a significant premium for the stay. Overall, while the property is well known for its rooftop venues and views, we felt that the actual benefits and dining experience did not justify the high price. There are many other hotels in Bangkok that offer a much better overall value. For the price, we would not choose to stay here again.

The staff was the best. Daniel from front desk sent us a card and desert for our anniversary. Ann was a joy to speak with and so warm. Jake made our dinner experience at Sirocco. The experience was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. We will absolutely be back.

7回目の滞在となります。今回初めてラウンジ付きのコースを選びました。部屋は54階リバービュー、絶景はいつもと変わりません。ラウンジはとても素晴らしく、52階の景色を眺めながら好きなアルコールやちょっとした食事が飲み放題食べ放題でした。朝6時から夕方6時まで、何時間でも何回でも利用できありがたい事この上ありません。このコースを選択すると1日３食とアルコールがあるので、ホテルの外に行く理由がありません。ちなみに、アルコールは赤白ワイン、ビアシン、ハイネケン、カクテルはジン、ウォッカ、ラム、ウィスキーベースとブルーハワイもありました。サラダやサンドイッチ、ピザやエビとサーモンの寿司、巻物と種類は多くないもののバラエティーに富んでいます。ラウンジ無しとの価格差も4、5千円なのでコスパにも優れています。今回はラウンジの紹介でした。
